[1] : His Love Hangover (Calum)

To say Calum is nervous is an understatement. He still beat himself over and over again for the pain he had put you through months ago, and not only was the pain hurting you but him as well. It was like a pang in his chest everytime he heard someone mention your name or how well you're doing with him.

The cause of your breakup was something you were shocked about for you had always believed that he'd be there for you and would never leave you like he had promised. But then again promises are meant to be broken right? It seemed like the day he broke up with you was still fresh in his mind, he remembers picking up his phone and calling you; hands shaky and sweat forming on his forehead causing his hair to press against his skin. Though what he remembered the most was a robotic voice telling you that he had broken up with you because he was on tour and he, quoted, 'I can't handle a long distance relationship, I'm sorry.' But momentarily afterwards he realized something big; that robotoic voice? Yeah, it was his. That night you weren't the only one sobbing your heart out, no for there was a Kiwi boy out there weeping to his friends. 

Some nights when he felt really alone, he'd feel the need to call you just to hear your voice, usually he doesn't, but when he doesn't even the sound of your voicemail recording is enough for him. He always wonder whether or not you may have moved on like he should've, but it was no use; he is infatuated with you.

He brought up a fist and it was shaking before it connected the door. A few moments have passed before the door flung open to reveal you and all your glory. Just as beautiful as ever he thought as he took your appearance in. When he did a frown settled on his face for your hair was messy, sweat clinging to your body, and all you had on was a baggy tee shirt. Let me rephrase that; another man's tee shirt.

"For the past months I've been beating myself up," he choked out, "because I've probably put you through hell, I mean, what kind of boyfriend does that? Break up with his girl of a year just to go on tour?" It pained Calum when he said his girl when the reality of it is that it may not be true, you probably aren't his.

You frowned as you opened your mouth to speak Calum once again beat you to it, "the whole plane ride back I was nervous as fuck because I knew the moment I got back is the moment I'd ask you back because I was a fuck up for what I had done. Breaking up because I was going on tour? No, I should've sucked it up because I knew when it was all over I'd come back to you. But I guess not right? I mean, you look like you had just had sex. Is that fucker in there-"

"Calum," you cut him off causing him to suck in a sharp breath for he had missed your angelic voice, hearing it over the phone and social media wasn't compared to the real thing. You sighed, "I am not with another man, heck I didn't even had sex with another man! I had just finished taking a damn nap because while you were gone what I mostly do is sleep so I wouldn't have to be awake to realize that the guy I love had broken up with me, over phone too! And you think you have it bad? I've been having fucking insomnia for God knows how long! Do you know how hard it was for me? No, all you've done is think about yourself, we could've worked it out you dick! A week before you had broken up with me I had planned to visit you! Calum-"

He didn't allow you to continue, all he did was cup your face roughly before smashing his lips onto yours. A few seconds later you relaxed into the kiss and kissed him back making him smile against your lips. Calum parted your lips so he can taste the usual sweetness of you and he nearly moaned at the familiar taste against his lips making you pull away and giggle.

"So, will you take this idiot back?" Calum asked hopefully.

You chuckled before kissing his nose, "okay, but I swear if you break up with me over something stupid again I will murder you."
