Chapter 19: The Flowers That Echoes.

This has been the journey so far...

Our travelers are close to reaching the end of the Waterfalls, they are company by the little friendly monster from before... But another follows behind.

The sound of water dripping on small puddles as one lands right on your nose while you looked up as your hand was slightly raised, feels some of the water drops on your hand.

(y/n): Hmm... Guess calling this place "Waterfall" was appropriate. Just water none stop almost everywhere. Better find something to keep us dry while we get out of here.

Frisk: Doesn't look too bad, I doubt we should worry about it.

Monster Kid: Come on! Let's hurry up and find Undyne!

You and Frisk came across that Monster Kid, not too long ago as he asked if he could come along and see Undyne. Even though you two aren't exactly looking for this Undyne person, Frisk thought it was alright, so you didn't mind.

(y/n): Don't go too far kid, we aren't looking for Undyne. And I hope we don't anyways.

Monster Kid: What?! Why not?! She's so cool! Come on!

Monster Kid said as he rushes forward and trips, he gets up and runs again as Frisk giggles, you slightly smile from Frisk's giggling as she turns to you and pointed towards the direction Monster kid left.

Frisk: Should we keep up?

(y/n): No, as long as he doesn't get into trouble than there's no reason.

Frisk: Oh... Ok than!

Frisk said as she walked ahead as you followed behind, however Frisk began to slow down to walk beside you as she smiles.

(y/n): You don't have to slow down for me Frisk, I can keep up.

Frisk: No, this is fine.

(y/n): Alright then.

You said as you and Frisk continued walking, until you see a couple of blue flowers as Frisk runs up to one of them and leans down, than she turned to you and gestures you to come over.

(y/n): Hmm? What is it Frisk?

As you got close to Frisk, she must points at the blue glowing flower as you gave her a confused look and got on one knee and looked at the flower.

(y/n): What's wrong with this flo-

Flower: You look really cute.

You blinked your eyes from hearing this from the flower.

(y/n): What?

Flower: What?

You hear Frisk giggling behind you as she speaks.

Frisk: Those are Echo Flowers, they repeat whatever you say.

(y/n): Oh...

You then looked at Frisk and asked.

(y/n): Did you... Did you tell the flower that?

Frisk had a slight blush as she puts her hands behind her and turned around.

Frisk: I don't knooooow.

She said strangely as she walks away, leaving you confused by this as you got back up on two feet.

(y/n): Your are just... Very weird. More weird than before... Agh forget it.

You said this even though Frisk wasn't close enough to hear as you started walking again and Frisk once again slows down to walk by you.

[Timeskip with Frisk leaving more messages on every Echo Flowers she come across as (y/n) listens to them, feeling hot and embarrassed as his face gets red.]

Frisk: Whoa... Is that the castle?

Monster kid: Yea that's where the king lives! Undyne goes there whenever she needs to report something.

Frisk and Monster kid were out of the Waterfalls as the two could see the Castle from afar as Sparkling rocks can be seen up high.

(y/n): Looks like we're getting close.

Frisk and Monster kid turned to the side to see the walking out of the small cave which leads to Waterfalls as you held and umbrella as you asked.

(y/n): You two are just going to stand there and get a cold or you want to remain dried?

Both Frisk and Monster kid rushed to get under the umbrella as Frisk stood on your right side and Monster kid on your left.

(y/n): Alright, let's keep going than.

You, Frisk and Monster kid began walking as Monster kid would always talk about how cool Undyne is as you kept a annoyed look on you as Frisk would giggle. Sodom you two stopped in front of a wall which you can climb on, but alone would be difficult as you put down the umbrella.

(y/n): Let me give you a boost you two. Frisk...

Frisk: Ok!

You stood up against the wall and turned around and lend both your hands out and Frisk placed one foot on your hand as you boosted her up as she successful got to the top.

Frisk: I'm up.

(y/n): Ok, kid?

You looked at Monster kid who just stands there and smiles.

Monster kid: It's ok, you can jum on my head and get up there.

(y/n): You sure?

Monster kid: I'm sure, I know my way around here.

Monster kid said as you shrugged and hopped on his head and back flipped towards the top as Monster kid was amazed.

Monster kid: Whoa! That was cool! Ok, I'll see you two later!

Monster kid said as he turns and trips, gets up and runs to find another way as you turned to Frisk as she smiled.

Frisk: Ready?

You smiled and nodded.

(y/n): Yea, let's get going.

You and Frisk started walking as everything fades to black as the title "Undertale" appeared as the title is covered in blood and a faint laughter was heard.
