Chapter 36: A Piece Missing In That Blackened Heart.

Inside of Alphys's laboratory, you and Frisk were asleep on the floor, a cloak to keep you both warm and cuddling one another as you slowly open your eyes and sat up with lazy eyes.

(y/n): By the makers... How long have we been sleeping for?

You started looking around for a clock... Only to find nothing but book shelf, a table and a cardboard laying on the ground. You then sat up and scratch the side of your head with your right hand, wanting top go back to sleep but there's time for that later.

(y/n): Best be ready to leave... I think I should cook us something to eat before we get out of this place. Frisk?

You turned your head towards Frisk to see her sleeping, and her head was right on the palm of your hand, holding on your wrist, never wanting to let go as you couldn't help but stare for a moment before gently shaking her with your free hand.

(y/n): Frisk... Wake up, little one. It's time to get ready to leave.

Frisk: Hmmm...

Frisk groans and soon opens here eyes as she looked up at you.

Frisk: (y/n)?

(y/n): Hopefully you slept well, Frisk. Come on, let's get something to eat before we head out.

Frisk: Wait... We're leaving?

You nodded as you stood up, leaving Frisk with the large black cloak on her as she spoke.

Frisk: Can't we just cuddle for a little more?

(y/n): I would love to, but we can do the cuddles another time, Frisk.

Frisk: Oh... Ok then.

Frisk pouted as you lean down and ruffled her hair as you started walking.

(y/n): I'll be waiting for you down stairs ok?

Frisk: Ok.

And as you got downstairs, you got yourself an instant noodles, a can of soda and some potato chips as you sat on Alphys's table and simply started eating, not feeling in the mood of cooking really.

(y/n): Alphys sure loves noodles and chips. Wonder where she is... Oh.

You said as you turned your head towards the side to see Alphys asleep on the ground with empty bags of chips around her and with the monitor still on.

(y/n): Well... I looks like someone forgot to turn off their computer.

[Timeskip with (y/n) reading every "history" books on Alphys's bookshelf... Curious as to how the humans were capacity of lifting huge swords.]

Alphys: I-I see... So your going to Asgore's castle now?

Frisk: Yup.

Alphys: Alright then, I'll be sure to guide from my lab. Mettaton could be anywhere.

(y/n): Yea and I'm sure he's going to try and kill us too.

Right now, you and Frisk were out back of Alphys's laboratory as you two were ready to get going towards Asgore's castle.

Alphys: O-ok... Oh! Wait! I-I-I almost forgot about something!

Alphys runs back into her lab as you and Frisk looked at each other, Frisk smiles and you smiled back as Alphys returns with two very futuristic looking phone in his hand.

Alphys: H-here, I managed to upgrade your phones, now it has texting and you can access the underground's net as well.

Alphys gives you and Frisk the upgraded phones as Frisk thanks Alphys.

Frisk: Thanks Alphys!

(y/n): Alright, now that were all set here, we can get going.

Frisk nods as you and Frisk started walking away as Alphys walks into her lab, soon you and Frisk were on some escalator as you and Frisk just stood around until you both reached the end of the escalator.

(y/n): You forgot this Frisk.

Frisk: Forgot what?

Frisk asked as you walked behind her and placed the black cloak around her as you stood next to her.

(y/n): You forgot your cloak, Frisk. Gotta look intimidating.

Frisk: Are we going to scare Metttaton or something?

Frisk jokingly asked as you chuckled and just smiled.

(y/n): Hopefully... Would make things easy for us.

You said as you and Frisk remained on the escalator and Frisk simply leans on you with a smile and everything fades to black as the title "Undertale" appeared as the title is untouched and no sounds were heard, just silence.
