Determined or Heartless? [Reaper Reader X Frisk... Chara... Or Both?]

Chapter 14: Always by your side.

This has been the journey so far...

Thanks to the small aid of the Skeleton, the Reaper now makes his way towards the exit of the underground... And with Frisk asleep... He carries her on his back.

(y/n): So... Looks like this Asgore is just going to let us out if we ask? Huh guess he seems like a nice guy like they say in the books.

Out of Snowdin, you wondered out where you and Papyrus "fought" with the map in one hand while the other is behind you, why? Well... Frisk was still asleep and you decided to carry her on your back. You looked behind your shoulder and looked at Frisk.

(y/n): You haven't gotten enough sleep before we left haven't you?

Frisk obviously did answered while she remains asleep on your back, you looked up ahead and see no snow what's so ever, you didn't question anything really as you kept going as you placed the map in your pouch as you kept going.

(y/n): I'm sure you'd want to stay with Papyrus and Sans a bit longer, but once we find the way out you can go back and see them again... I have to go be else.

You said as you felt Frisk's arms wraps around your neck but you looked back to see Frisk is still asleep as you kept looking forward.

???: Your sneaking out to see her too huh???

(y/n): Hmm?

You looked to your left... Only to see no one as you looked towards the right... You only see nothing again... But the voice spoke again.

???: I'm down here.

You looked down to see a little yellow monster in front of you, this monster seems to be wearing a stripe sweater and has no arms. You then asked.

(y/n): Uh... I beg your pardon?

???: Are you sneaking out to see her too? She's pretty cool huh?! I want to be her when I grow up!

The little yellow monster said as he hops up ahead as he looks back.

???: Come on! I'll race you to see her first!

However, before the monster was out of your sight, he tripped and fell on his face... You wre about to help him but he immediately got up on his own and runs off.

(y/n): Monsters... At least they're interesting then humans. Kinda hope to see that little guy again. Hmm?

You looked towards the side, feeling like your being watched as you could perfectly see a camera behind a rock as you looked each side and at Frisk to make sure she wasn't awake as you looked back to the camera as your lower jaw splits open as you got close to the camera and simply ate the camera as you continue your way.

[Timeskip with (y/n) sleeping up against a tree while Frisk carefully sits next to him as she rests her head on his shoulder.]

(y/n): Hmm... This place seems like it's a good spot to rest up...

You looked around your surroundings, some glowing blue flowers, a river near by and enough space for you and Frisk to be around as you carefully sat Frisk down next to a boulder as you grabbed the map and look through it.

(y/n): Alright... I have a feeling it's going to be a long way that castle Papyrus told me about.

You said as you looked at the river. Seeing how clean it was you decided to lay on the grassy floor since you didn't exactly bring your duffle bag with you, which means it's either back at the Inn or in that box which could show up at any time... But you looked up at the stars... Only to realize that they weren't stars... They're sparkling rocks on the ceiling as you ask.

(y/n): Hmm... Wonder if it's day time... Or night time out there... Well better rest up...

You look at Frisk from the corner of your eyes and spoke.

(y/n): Hopefully you get enough sleep, can't carry you all the time kiddo.

You then slowly closed your eyes as you fall into a deep sleep... After what it seems like half an hour, Frisk wakes up as she looks around, as if she was checking her environment as she got up and walks up to you as she got down and carefully grabs the map from your pouch as she walks towards the river and simply drops the map into the water as she turns towards you and frowns.

Frisk: Sorry...

Frisk runs across the river as the water was up to her shin as everything fades to black as the title "Undertale" appeared as the title is covered in blood as a faint laughter was heard.
