ROUGH SUMMARY ofc and daniel are enrolled in the same philosophy professor and for their final project, the professor made 2 kids from different classes who he knows do not know each other personally (or at all) do a project together which is to basically answer the question: what does your partner live for?
They have about 2 weeks to submit any creative output for their answers (they both agreed to make short films) and tada this is basically forcibly baring your soul and childhood and thoughts to an absolute stranger, asking him to do the same.
SCENES/PLOT IDEAS - another prose and dialog driven story - too many late nights trying to understand each other and they end up falling asleep on the floor and going to cafes the next morning like hungover teenagers - they considered just giving answers to save each other the trouble but problem is, both of them don't know what they live for, and they're on a quest to find out what they are - existentialist philosophies come in. daniel's a p big fan or diogenes and stoicism which ofc just completely disagrees with - looking at museum art and asking the other to explain what they see - basically everything i learned from philosophy class :-( omg i know this is daunting and all over the place but if ever someone is interested, (aka if u have frequent existential crises like me) i'd love to give in detail convo topics - my ending idea is just the 2 weeks w each other completely altering what they valued in life or them finally realizing what it is that truly matters to them
