ROUGH SUMMARY daniel (and the boys) get a summer gig playing in a prestigious royal event in france (which also means theyre probs gonna prepare a french a cappella or smth not a live performance of these girls pls) and ofc is another performer or probably one of their background musicians and daniel + ofc needed to take days to practice a piece where daniel plays the cello and she plays the violin.
SCENES/PLOT IDEAS - im sorry for all the euro based fics im just obsessed w travel fics - id love this if they didnt like each other at first bc they thought theyd have different musical preferences considering ofc was classically trained aka daniel thought she was a snob and daniel was world famous aka ofc though he was a pompous jerk - late nights sneaking in french a chateaux to practice their piece there and they admire the acoustics of the grand hall or smth bc they're music nerds - admiring cathedrals and participating playing in the choir for a day and having a blast - daniel busking in a busy french plazza and ofc sings with him and they become friends - daniel randomly renting a vespa so they could explore loire valley and they ended blowing daniel's bank account bc "fuck it, we're only in loire once, we only have one chance to drink authentic french wine" and they ended up buying a $500 bottle of wine in a vineyard - they also find a small village and they go on a food trip (made friends w the locals even tho they hardly understood each other) - also found an abandoned chateaux and they ;))))))) jk that's optional - they could also just end up in front of a moat or under a bridge over a long lake and they spend the night there - also the title has no relevance lmao pls feel free to change it
