Grey, a word that can show the indifference and dullness of the city I walk in.
Grey, gives this city somewhat of a melancholic personality.
Vast colors, metaphors, and personifications can be used to describe the monotone character of the lifeless city.
Therewith, the reader can gain perspective on what to expect upon entering the abandoned streets of the city with its monotone colors and monotone inhabitants.
Everyday is just a repeat of yesterday, the same thing over and over again, and although life doesnt cease to exist in such a city, one would say that it looks lifeless.
