Sarah's POV

Thomas falls to the side of me as the both of is try to catch our breath, "5 times in a row." I say breathless as Thomas pulls me to his side. "Just think, that isn't even close to our record." I giggle upon feeling Thomas nuzzle his face in my neck. "Our private island, a year into our relationship." I kiss his lips passionately. "Don't start something I am going to have to finish." Thomas smirks at me pulling out of our kiss. "I think I can handle it big man." I run my hand along his jawline. "You and me against the world." A sudden knock on the door breaks the moment that Thomas and I were having. "THIS BETTER BE IMPORTANT!" Thomas yells loudly. "Jeremy just got here." Cole's voice is heard from the other side of the door. "I will be right there." Thomas pulls from my embrace getting out of bed, "What is Jeremy doing here?" Thomas puts on his purple and green boxers, "I had Cole track him down to see if he found any new information on the group that has been orchestrating these attacks." I sigh sitting up in the bed. "Am I allowed to attend this meeting, or do I have to be a good little housewife and find something to clean?" I joke in a mocking tone getting Thomas to chuckle as he puts on his black shorts, "They are targeting you, so it would kind of make sense if you were a part of the conversation." Thomas clears his throat and sticks out his hand. "You're impossible." I mumble as I reach down on the floor picking up one of his muscle shirts. "Only for you." Thomas takes the shirt from me putting it on, "We will be in the office when you decide to grace us with your presence." Thomas laughs at his joke leaving the room so I can get dressed in peace. Once I am dressed in a black and gold cold shoulder top and a pair jean shorts, I walk into the office to see Cole standing on the right side of the desk, Thomas in the middle, and Jeremy on the left side. "Can someone please explain why everyone you hire is always dressed in black." The three of them turn their attention away from the desk and to me. "Black is slimming." Jeremy smirks at me. I walk to the three of them and see that covering the top of Thomas's desk is a large black and white layout of the city. "You have any idea where these Royal Ravens might be hiding out?" Thomas asks turning to Jeremy. "No, but word going around is that it was the Royal Ravens that been behind the attacks on the city." This comment makes Thomas's ears perk up. "There has to be a puppet master, someone pulling their stings." I comment getting a nod from Cole. "Any ideas on their connections?" Cole asks taking in every inch of the map. "Everyone that is associated with them has kept a low profile till now, and if Sarah is right then that means someone higher up on the food chain is trying to take people out." I see the muscles in Thomas's back and neck contract. "Whoever is behind all of this is targeting me, and anyone that I might be close with." Thomas looks to Cole, then to Jeremy, and finally to me. "Love, I need you to do something for me." I look deep into his blue eyes, "You should know by now that all you have to do is ask." Thomas grabs my hand. "I can't risk anyone getting to you, that is why you will be taking a trip out of the city." I rip my hand away from Thomas, "Excuse me, I don't remember making any travel plans." Thomas sighs nodding towards Cole and Jeremy as the two of them leave the room. "I am only doing what is best for you, I need to know that you are safe and away from any potential danger." I groan in anger, "You mean that you need to make sure that I am out of the way just in case someone comes looking for me and tries to use me to hurt you." Thomas slams his fists on down on the table. "YOU ARE GOING TO THE ISLAND AND THAT IS MY FINAL WORD ON THIS CONVERSATION!" I grab his arm and turn him to face me. "I am my own person, and I will decide if I think leaving you in the line of fire is best for me." Thomas flips the table over making everything that was on the table fly and scatter around the room. "WHY ARE YOU BEING SO THICK HEADED ABOUT THIS!" Thomas roars, but I don't back down. "MAYBE BECAUSE I LOVE YOU! I CARE MORE ABOUT YOU THEN I DO MYSELF, AND I CAN'T IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE WITHOUT BY MY SIDE!" I roar back at him slamming my fists on his chest. Thomas grabs my hands. "This is only way to keep you safe." A sudden idea pops into my head. "What if there was a way for me to stay safe and still be in the city at the same time." Thomas looks down at me shaking his head, "You can't go to Melissa's, it's too much of a risk." I sigh catching my breath for a moment. "There is one person that could help us, and I am sure that no one would ever find me there." Thomas takes a step back from me, "What are you talking about?" Before the words leave my mouth I already know what Thomas's reaction is going to be, but at this point it is the best idea I can come up with, and I just might be able to talk him into agreeing with me. "I could ask Chaz to let me stay at his place, and no one would think of looking for me in the east side of the city." Thomas's blue eyes go dark, his fists tighten, and his whole body starts to shake.
