Sarah's POV
EXCUSE ME! I KNOW YOU DID NOT JUST ASK ME IF YOU COULD HIDE OUT WITH SOME GUY THAT I DON'T KNOW! YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO JUST GO ALONG WITH THIS! With every word that leaves Thomas's lips he is taking a step towards me, and by the time he has finished yelling I find myself firmly pressed up against the wall. "I just think that it is the only option where we both get what we want." Thomas slowly places his hands each side of me trapping me. "YOU THINK SLEEPING IN ANOTHER GUYS HOUSE IS WHAT I WANT? YOU THINK LIVING WITH THIS STRANGER DAY IN AND DAY OUT IS WHAT I WANT?" I don't say anything but I do shrug my shoulders. "Will you hear me out at least?" Thomas slams his fist against the wall making a very large hole. "THERE IS NOTHING TO HEAR OUT! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR VERY BAD THOUGHT OUT PLANS!" Thomas sees the look on my eyes and takes a step back taking a deep breath as his chest rises and falls heavy. "I don't like the idea anymore then you do, but the only reason I brought it up was because if you calmly think this plan through you will see that it might be the best idea out of a horrible situation." I make no movement towards him unsure if he has gotten himself under control. "YOU MUST THINK THAT I AM THE DUMBEST GUY ALIVE, I LET YOU GO HIDE WITH YOUR MALL DREAM GUY AND THE NEXT THING I KNOW YOU HAVE CHEATED ON ME AND DECIDE TO LEAVE ME FOR HIM!" I am more than a little taken back from those comments. "Thomas listen to yourself, you know that I would rather die than cheat on you, and you know that you are the only guy that has my heart not to mention my soul." I kick off the wall standing in front of him. "You have made it clear that you despise the idea of me being alone with Chaz, but Chaz lives somewhere people won't look for me, and no one knows that he and I are friends so people won't come looking for him." Thomas closes his eyes rolling his neck. "You might not trust Chaz and for good reason, but I am asking you to trust me and trust my love for you." I hear a deep growl escape Thomas's lips. "Of course I don't trust him, and as of this moment I am not sure if I trust you." Thomas turns his back to me. "You would rather abound me on an island where I would have nothing to do but hope to hear news as I torment myself by thinking of the memories that we have shared there." Thomas doesn't answer me. "If I go to Chaz's I would be able to still do things that I do every day, and that might lessen the pain I am going to feel not having you around." I already know that no matter where I ended up the only thing that will be on my mind is Thomas's safety. "If I find out anything happened between you and this Chaz guy I will track him down making him beg for death, and that goes triple for you." Thomas has never threatened me like that, but I know that it is his way of dealing with his emotions. I walk up behind Thomas wrapping my arms around his waist and burying my face into his back. "It kills me more than you know to leave you Booky." I can feel tears welling up in my eyes, "Go pack, I am having Cole take you wherever Chaz lives in an hour." I sigh sadly knowing that Thomas has once again put his walls up around his heart blocking out his feelings, I kiss his back before heading out of the office and head upstairs to the bedroom to call Chaz and start packing. Once I am packed and everything is straightened out with Chaz I slowly walk over to Thomas's dresser running my hand over the dark purple tie that lays on top of the dresser.

I am standing in front of the nightclub that I found out Thomas personally owns called 'The Eclipse' I have made sure that he would be here tonight, and after months of trying to get his attention tonight is the night that I will finally get answers about the night he saved me. I make my way to the entrance doors but I am soon stopped by two bouncers. "Can we help you little lady?" I look between the two of them trying to come up with a reason to see Thomas. "I have a meeting with Mr. Davenport, we have plans to talk about opening another bar." One of bouncers looks at the other both having the same confused expression on their face. "Mr. Davenport only has a meeting tonight, but I highly doubt it is you." I had to think fast because I have come so far and I was not going to let this chance slip through my fingers, "My boss got tied up with other business and asked to represent him in the meeting with Mr. Davenport." The two of them looks at each other unable to know for sure if I am lying or telling the truth. One of the bouncer's head inside the cub leaving me all alone with the other bouncer, and a second later the bouncer comes out with someone behind him. "This is Luke, he will escort you to Mr. Davenport." Luke gestures for me to enter the club, "If you would follow me please Ms." I nod my head following the guard inside the club. The inside of the club is like nothing I have ever seen, It reminds me of something straight out of "The Great Gatsby." The sound of music blasting loud enough that it most shakes the place, people are in every part of the club, some of them are dancing, others are talking, and some are at the bar drinking. I am lead up a flight of stairs which leads to a private part of the club, and as I enter the room I see Thomas looking down at the people below. "Sir, this girl claims to be here as a representative for your meeting with Tommy." Thomas's blue eyes turn from the crowed of people he was looking at and land on me. "You?" Thomas groans very loudly, "You just won't leave me alone will you? You are becoming a huge pain in my ass." I step towards him. "I am not leaving till I get answers." I suddenly feel Luke grip my arm. "I will throw her out Sir." I pull my grip from Luke grabbing his gun from around his waist and hitting him in the face with it knocking him out. "You are going to answer my questions." I say pointing the gun at him. Thomas smiles at me slowly walking over to me and places his head on the barrel of gun laughing a crazy sadistic laugh, "If you are going to threaten me you better be able to go all the way with the threat." I don't say a word, I stand where I am standing frozen, but a second later Thomas takes the gun out of my hand. "Like I thought, you don't have the guts to pull the trigger." Thomas throws the gun somewhere in the room as he sits down the couch. "Are you going to sit down and tell me what you want?" I walk over to him sitting down on the couch across from him. "I want to know why you saved me? Why did you take me to your house and make sure that was okay?" Thomas starts laughing uncontrollably again, "Maybe I just felt sorry for you, a poor girl that got caught up in playing with men." Thomas's blue eyes darken a little, "I think that somewhere deep down you want to have feelings for me but you won't allow yourself." A look of disgust comes across Thomas's face. "I don't feel anything for anyone because to me everyone is replaceable, and this coming from the girl that has bene trying to get my attention for months now." I get up off the couch walking over to Thomas and sit on his lap. "What if I have feelings for you, would that change things?" Thomas picks me up off his lap sitting me down next to him. "It doesn't change a thing, I am not someone who can be loved, love is nothing more than a feeling that people talk themselves in believing." I place my hand on his face making him look at me, "Maybe I am the one that will talk you into believing in it." Thomas shoves me away making me fall off the couch as Luke start to come around. "Put me through any test you can think of, I will do anything to show you that saving me was the best thing you have ever done." Luke gets to his feet and grabs my arm harshly. "Your grip too tight." I try to loosen his grip but to no such luck. "It's time to hit the bricks sweetheart, and you are lucky that me throwing you out is the only thing I am doing to you after what you pulled." Luke starts pulling me way as his grip gets tighter. "You're hurting me, please stop." I beg as I see a bruise starting to form on my arm, and just like that a gun shoot is heard. The music stops as everyone stops what they are doing, Luke falls to the ground with a bullet hole in the back of his head, and when I turn to Thomas I see his gun pointed to where Luke was standing. "Were you serious about what you just said, you will do anything I ask you?" I take a moment to regain my composer. "Name the place, the time, and the task." Thomas walks over to me standing right in front of me. "At the top of Million and One Enterprise at midnight." I nod my head knowing exactly where that building is. "Tonight?" Thomas tilts my head up a little. "I have other plans tonight, but I will let you know when." Thomas brings his lips inches away from me. "Now get out, before there is another bead body to clean up." I take a deep breath and hurry out of the club as fast as I can."
The sound of someone clearing their throat snaps me out of the memory, I turn to see Thomas standing there. "It's time for you to get going." I nod my head taking his tie off the dresser putting it into my bag. "Booky, Cole said that you told him to watch over me the night you saved me." Thomas nods his head. "I did, I wanted to make sure that no one would ever hurt you again. I smile at him because I know that si the truth. "The why did you treat me like trash when I tried to get your attention." Thomas rolls his eyes annoyed with me asking questions. "I didn't like the way you made me feel, I was not use to having those kind of feels, and I tried my hardest to bury them but I couldn't fight anymore." Thomas hands me a sliver briefcase. "This is for you and you only." I open the briefcase to see stacks of cash inside. "There is three million dollars in there and that should be more than enough to hold you over till all this is over." I smile at him because again in his own little way this is what he considered a romantic gesture. "I couldn't let you leave without knowing that you would have everything you needed." I close the briefcase putting it with my things before running into Thomas's arms. "Promise me that this all will be over soon." I can feel tears running down my cheeks. "I promise." I lift my head off his chest giving him a passionate kiss. "Cole is waiting for you." Thomas wipes the tears away from eyes. "I love you Booky." Thomas doesn't say a word instead he places a soft kiss on my forehead. "You will always be my angel." Jeremy walks into the room taking my suitcase and the briefcase down to the car. I give Thomas one last kiss. "Bye Booky." I walk downstairs and into the garage getting into the car. I take one last look around as Cole drives off heading deep into the city.
