Sarah's POV
I awake the next day and sit up in bed looking around to see that I am still on the Isle, and everything that happened the last two days wasn't a dream but it was reality. The sound of groaning catches my attention and I see Thomas next to me laying on his stomach, "What time is it?" His groggy voice asks, I look over at the nightstand to read the clock made out of bamboo, "it is 1:07 in the afternoon." Thomas angrily grips, "It is too early to be up, go back to bed." I laugh a little laying my head on his back, "I can't sleep anymore Booky." I place soft kisses on his bare skin getting the reaction of his back muscles tensing up, "I can fix that if you really want me too, and if you keep teasing me like you are, you aren't going to have a choice." I nibble on his earlobe, "I want to play. Why don't we go to the waterfall?" Thomas rolls over making sure that the white sheets keep his lower half covered, "It would be a shame to waste such a beautiful day, and it is not like we have really ventured outside the house since we got here." I run my fingers through his messy hair, I love when he looks like this, he isn't Thomas Davenport the business man but he is Thomas Davenport the man. "Please tell me that you aren't going to wear a suit today?" Thomas sits up in the bed with his back resting against what is left of the headboard. "What is wrong with my suits?" I straddle his waist, "Booky, you know I love you, but you wear those suits all the time, and I want you to relax on this vacation." Thomas raises an eyebrow at me, "You want to walk around naked all the time?" I think about it for a moment but shake my head of the thoughts, "No of course not, but try a different style, a laid back style." I already knew that Thomas didn't have anything like that, or at least he thought he didn't. "The things I do for you." Thomas sighs giving into my request, "I have a special outfit for you in your closet, and before you ask I brought last time we were here and you just didn't notice." I smile sweetly at him before kissing his lips, "Why don't you go get a shower and I will make us a lunch to take with us." I swing my legs over him getting out of the bed, and I turn to him, "Thank you Booky, this means the world to me." Thomas leans his head back onto the broken headboard, "You really are my only weakness." I shrug my shoulder with a playful look on my face before heading into the bathroom and starting the shower. I finish up my shower and walk out of the bathroom and into the bedroom, and when I make my way to the bed I almost drop my towel because sitting in the middle of the bed is a beautiful purple box with the most beautiful ring nestled inside. "Thomas?" I ask and I turn around and there he is, "You like it Love?" Thomas reaches around me taking the box in his head, the ring is so stunning that I am not sure how to describe it. "Thomas, that ring is beautiful." Thomas suddenly starts acting funny, and If I didn't know any better I would say that Thomas Davenport was nervous. "When I first ran into you on that cold rainy night I didn't know that you would change my life, and I knew that we were meant to be when you choose me out everyone in the world you saw something inside of me that I will never understand." I have never heard Thomas talk like this before, another first. "Before you waltzed into my life all I thought about was work and keeping this city running, and now I would rather spend all day long doing whatever with you." I could feel tears fills my eyes, "You and I are like yin and yang but in a more messed up way, and there is no one that I can see myself with other than you, and I wouldn't want anyone else." Thomas slowly gets down on one knee, "I have a million and one reason why I should have done this a long time ago, but you know that I am not Romeo, and you love me despite everything I have done to you and after everything that we have put each other through." Thomas holds up the ring to me, "We both love being unpredictable and wild, and dream of having it all, so I know that I can conquer the world as long you are at my side." I can't help it anymore tears starts streaming down my face, "Sarah Good, will you please make me the happiest guy in this universe, and please marry me?" I am speechless for the longest time and I can see how hard this is on Thomas, "Guess I will take that as a no." I start to panic because I know what I want, and this is exactly what I have been waiting for. I tackle Thomas to the ground placing a sexy and passionate kiss on his lips, "I am confused? Is that a yes or no?" I start laughing with tears still running down my face, "Thomas I would love nothing more than to be marry you." Thomas kisses me and I quickly kiss him back. "Are you sure about this?" Thomas asks pulling out of the kiss, I nod my head holding out my hand, "You and me against the world." I say the saying that sums up our relationship, "Always." He answers me and places the ring on my finger, "I love you Sarah." This catches by surprise, because this is the first time in all the years Thomas and I have been dating that he has said that, "Did you just say what I think you just said?" I ask making sure that I heard him right. Thomas rolls his eyes and sighs but with a smile on his face, "You aren't going to make me say it again are you?" I nod my head with a little pout on my lips, "I love you Sarah." I smile and get this feeling of pure happiness. I kiss his lips before looking down at the man that I love, "I love you Thomas Davenport." Thomas wraps his arms around my waist as I lay my head on his chest listing to the sound of his heart beat.
