Anna's POV

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" I ask as we begin walking into the woods on an old path.

"Of course, it can't be that bad," Nathan replies shrugging.

"You do know where you're going?" I ask nervously.

"Um, yeah the general direction," Nathan states picking his words carefully.

"Mhmm," I shoot back rolling my eyes. "Where are we going anyway?"

"I think it's a waterfall or something?" Nathan says chewing his lip.

"So you are going to lead us into the middle of the woods looking for something you THINK is a waterfall," I state.

"Yeah, something like that," Nathan smirks slyly.

"Why do I think that this is the GREATEST idea in the ENTIRE WORLD!" I reply sarcastically.

"BECAUSE IT IS!" Nathan replies childishly as he skips away.

Smiling to myself I jog after him.

"See I got us there!" Nathan replies teasing me.

"Have you now discovered what a waterfall is," I laugh as I stare at the sheets of water that tumble down around us.

"Yup," Nathan replies as he turns his head away from me.

Giving him a slight shove he topples over the edge of the rock we're standing on into chest-deep water that becomes deeper and deeper closer to the waterfall.

"HEY!" Nathan pouts. "What was that for?"

Smirking I laugh as Nathan splashes around in the water.

"I'm going to get you!" He screams as he comes lumbering out of the water.

Shrieking I run towards the waterfall slipping on a wet rock and landing on my butt.

"Got ya!" Nathan giggles giving me a wet hug as he picks me up and hovers me over the water.

"Wait, Nathan don't-" I begin as Nathan suddenly releases me and I fall into the water.

We both laugh childishly before we begin the hike back to the car.

"TAG YOU'RE IT!" I scream tagging Nathan and sprinting away.

I hear Nathan's feet pounding behind me.

Ugh, I forgot he had long legs.

"You're it," Nathan laughs smiling evilly as he sprints away.

I sprint after him, fighting hard to keep up with him.

All of a sudden Nathan stops, skidding to a halt on the slippery trail, I come running into him at full force.

We both go flying through the air into the undergrowth.

"Why would you stop?" I ask laughing.

"There was an ant, I couldn't run it over," Nathan informs me.

"Seriously?" I question furrowing my eyebrows.

"Yeah," Nathan replies.

"How did you even see that without glasses?" I giggle.

"It's called contacts," Nathan sasses.

Giggling Nathan stares around the vines that snake around us.

"Crap," Nathan exclaims standing up quickly.

"What?" I ask confused.

"It's poison ivy," Nathan states.
