"Did something special happened this week, Brendon?", Danielle asked.

"N-no."

"Brendon, I know you probably don't wanna talk about this, but it may help you. Do you knew the boy who was found dead in the Forrest four years ago?"

My throat thightened. It was hard to breath, my finger drilled in the fabric of the couch I sat on.

"I know it's a really hard topic for you to talk about, but you need to trust me. What happened?"

I really didn't want to talk, but I also didn't want to ignore her. She was really nice to me these past Wednesdays.

I shook my head.

"Please Brendon."

She was begging. I felt sorry for her, I really wanted to cooperate but I won't talk about this.
It happened in the past, and it should stay in the past.

"N-no", I said closing my eyes.

She sighed, I can't blame her.

"Ok, but just know that this would help you a lot. It's hard to talk about something like this, but you will feel a lot better."

I nod and calmed down a bit. Now I realised how hard I was gripping the couch. My hands were already red.

"I heard you and Ryan come along pretty good", she said. Thank God she changed the topic.

I nod. We come along pretty good, right?

"That's nice to hear. He really likes you."

I didn't know how to respond so I said :"I-I a-also l-like him."

She just smiled as a response.

The rest of the hour went like every wednesday, so I stood up said goodbye and walked home.

I was on my way home when I heard a scream. It was a loud one.
It came from the Forest.

Memories flooded back and before I even realised it I ran into the forrest, without thinking.

I heard the wood crack under my feed while I run through the forest. Dull sounds of my feed touching the ground. I kept continuing running even though boughs were scratching my skin. I just had a t-shirt on, and it hurt, but I didn't really realised it.

The person who screamed yelled for help now. What happened?

I knew this forest well. The scream came from the sea. My mind told me to turn around, this isn't a good place for me. But my feeling and heart told me to go there eventhough I have sworn I'll never go there again.

Then I saw a silhouette of a person standing under the bridge the sea was under.

I walked over to them and saw that this person was a teenage boy, maybe two years younger, who was tied down on a stone under the bridge.

I gulped, why this again?

He just had his boxer shorts on, no t-shirt.

"Y-you o-ok?", I asked coming closer.

"Thank god! Someone heard me! Please help me, these guys from my school came and tied me down. They took my clothes and trow them in the sea", he said nearly panicking.

I gulped again, I didn't feel good. This was too much.
But I had to think clear to help this poor kid.

"O-ok, I'll h-help y-you", I said beginning to untie him.
