A/N: Yet again, if I get enough votes I will post the next part tomorrow. Lol, I am in a hurry of finishing this soon, as I have already written the parts. So...

"You didn't say how I am looking."
Raising an eyebrow Tuli asked after Shuvro returned with the groom. Humour shone in her eyes as he looked at her being startled.
"I feel you look beautiful always" he mumbled unable to compose a sentence out of the thoughts in his head. How or rather what word he could use to describe how beautiful she was for him at that moment.
"Please! That's the lamest excuse." She made face faking a scowl.
"Of what?"
"Of not appreciating me." Saying she walked away from him, towards the altar where the bride and the groom were about to go around the fire pit to take the vows. Shuvro heaved a sigh. How must he tell her!

The wedding got over gradually. Looking at the newlywed bride and groom Tuli's mind suddenly wandered off to her memory of her marriage and her forehead became creased.
With the excuse of having work the next day, Shuvro and Tuli headed home from the ceremony after wishing the bride and groom bests. The relatives, again and again, reminded of the reception party two days later. Promising to be there the duo got in Shuvro's ford.

The ride was filled with such silence that a third spectator could easily question what went wrong! Though her face would have derived any such thoughts. Delight in her face was visible even in the weakly illuminating lights of the streets. But Shuvro's face was blank giving away nothing that was in his mind. Two shining black eyes was just trained on the road with a serious face on - as if he was pondering deeply in something graver.
"Shuvro!"
The silence broke with the utterance of his name by her.
"Hmm?"
"Do you remember our wedding day?"
He took a brief glance at his wife as he heard her question. "Yah!" He answered mildly.
A humourless chuckle came from the back of Tuli's throat before she replied: "Frankly, I seem to do not remember anything of that day." She rubbed the bridge of her nose, "or, of all those days. It's like I get my senses and I am in the hospital. You are sitting in front of me-"
"And you were wishing I was dead!" Inaudibly Shuvro murmured with a scoff. Which not seemed to fall into his wife's ears as she spoke again.
"You know sometimes now I think, that what if hadn't I given baba that much of a stress? Maybe he would have been still alive, who can say!" Her voice broke with tears gathering around her eyes. "I have been so unfair to him in his last days!" Welling up, with trembling lips, Tuli said looking out of the car windows. "I have inflicted so much pain on him. I have hurt him so so much - I will never forgive myself for that!" Quickly she wiped the tears off her face. Shuvro took a glance of her before looking back at the road. "I mean what was the need of  all those dramas when I would agree to everything eventually; you know!" She sniffed. She rambled but she was not talking to anyone anymore. Like a monologue, Tuli kept letting out all the thoughts inside her. And for some reason that one could not tell, Shuvro's jaw tightly stiffened.

The car entered inside the RoyChowdhuri place. Tuli got out of the car to open the main door of the house and parking it inside the garage Shuvro followed her.

Getting out of the clothes he was wearing, he was putting them folding inside the closet; when he felt her wife's hands snaking around his torso.
Embracing him tightly Tuli lightly placed a kiss on Shuvro's shoulder. Closing her eyes in peace she leaned her head on his back and stood. The relaxed rise and fall of her shoulder were trying to achieve bliss from him to tame the torned inside of her.
But the storm inside his head was bigger than he could anticipate. For some moments he stood there letting her hug him. Then the screaming thoughts in him appeared bigger and he turned around. But she refused to leave him and he too wrapped his arms around her tightly.
"Tuli," calmly he said.
"Hmm?" Muffled voice of her answered near his chest.
"Do you love me?"
He asked in a flat tone. Staying near his chest her eyes flew open. For a moment she stayed mum and the more minutes passed in her silence the more the more calmness grew inside him increasing the storm in his head. As if anticipating her answer his unflexed jaw waited.
"Of course I do Shuvro." She replied after sometimes lightly wiggling out of his hug. Looking up at his face she tried to fetch a smile on her face, "why would you think otherwise is-"
But the everlast endurance had broken inside him. Before she could finish her sentence, he hissed looking at her eyes "Tuli you know what I mean." His voice stayed calm but eyes flared up.
Looking at that a shiver of fear ran through her "Shuvro I -  I" she could not understand how to explain her feelings to him.
"I asked you a simple question Tuli?" The bull inside him was inconsolable. Tuli's words seemed like negotiations with a five-year kid to him.
"It's not simple."
"Why not?"
"Why are you being so difficult all of a sudden?" Irritatedly she flinched and took a step back before turning around "I am going to bed now-"
But he was not ready to let it go. Gripping her hand he turned her around to face him again.
He needed answers.
"I am being difficult is it?"
"Shuvro leave my hand!" She warned.
"Why is it not simple enough? When everything else is?"
"Well, you did marry me. Didn't you? So that's done. What else do you want? Misson accomplished!"
"So?"
"So what? You wanted me; you wanted to nail me - you got what you wanted. Now leave my fucking hand; you are hurting me!" She shrieked having disgust painted all over her face. Without a second due he left her hand.
A humourless, sad smile looped on his lips as he looked at her. "Are you kidding me?" Scowling she looked up at him. With burning black eyes trained on her face, he clenched his jaw "You - you must be fucking kidding me right now. Cause if you remember Tuli you initiated it."
"Oh, you are gonna pin that on my right now? It's not like I forced you into that-"
"Did I? Did I force you? For even once?"
"Did I say that?"
"You might just-"
"But I did not." With a pleading scream, she appealed. She didn't know how to answer his questions. She didn't know then, either now. How could she ever be able to tell him what she wanted to? This inexplicable answer was the reason she uttered all of these regretful words that she never wanted to. Why was it so necessary for him to know, the thing she could not just bring herself to utter.
Some moments passed by. Not getting a word in return Tuli looked up at his face to witness him calmly looking down at her face. The fire inside his eyes, burning it's all might out had scorched it into the dark.
"Shuvro I-" she opened her mouth with a murmur but before she could say anything else he interfered.
"Tuli I don't know what exactly you think was the reason of me marrying you, but trust me all I wanted was to help a friend. My best friend, whom I have loved the most before I knew what love was. I saw you and your gloomy face haunted me everywhere. I just wanted to take care of you. Cause I am human, not an animal which might surprise you! But if you think of my love for you so lowly-" his eyes flared up again under the scorching black. "Then I am sorry but you have no right. I have not given that right to anyone. Not even you!"
He sprinted away biting out the poison. Tuli quickly tried to follow him but the screaming of her phone stopped her.

*

Hanging up the phone she walked out of their room to discover Shuvro lying on the sofa making a cushion to his pillow. His eyes lazily trained on the T.v. that was showing some highlights of a past match. Glaring at the television scornfully Tuli approached the couch and planted a slap on her husband.
Out of surprise, he jumped up on the couch and looked up at her with wide eyes.
"At the morning when Chayadi comes, she will witness you lying here and think I, being the bitch have kicked you out of the bed. Is that what you want?" Tuli yelled lashing all the frustration that stored inside her from the previous fight. Being totally fallen from the sky, Shuvro kept looking at her. His head was till now battling the last battle he had and now couldn't form an argument against this point of her. With shocked eyes, he kept staring at her giving her the satisfaction of a triumph. "Go to bed at once I say!" Hiding the proud glory of triumph she howled with a glare. "Nyakamo hocche!" With a scowling face, he followed her instructing as said reluctantly still not knowing how to argue with this sudden blame.

"And oh, Renu called. Ratul met her parents today." She informed him as he was about to go into the washroom. He turned towards hearing her; "Mama and Mami, apparently have fallen in love with your best friend." Tuli rolled her eyes saying so. "And the 6th of June they are getting engaged. So we are invited!"
"They are getting engaged?" Unconsciously Shuvro said thinking why Ratul didn't inform him.
"Yah." Tuli sighed climbing on the bed. Dragging the comforter on her she looked at her husband raising one of her brows, "you know you just said so much of stuff - but that day, you were screaming that I will run away because of Ratul having an affair with my cousin. Did you see me running away or having an issue with you for you saying that Shuvro?"
He shook his head in answer. He could witness hurt as he looked into her eyes.
"That pinched me Shuvro. Thinking how shallow of me you think..."
"I was just scared Tuli!"
She didn't answer anything but with a grave and sulking face lie down closing her eyes.
Looking at her Shuvro stood the doorway for moments that passed by...
