Leah prepares dinner with her mum while Michael and her dad talk outside. Her younger brother watches fifa, occationally yelling at the screen because the team he was rooting for missed a goal or 'that should've been a foul!'.

"Mr. Stevens can I ask you something?" Michael asks Leah's father. He nods while looking out onto the darkness of the woods, her parents have always been one for living away from everything.

"I love your daughter, I hope you know that. I may love dying my hair different colors almost everyday, I may love my double chocolatey chip frappe from starbucks, I even love those big hamburgers from McDonalds Leah doesn't eat because she's afraid she'll get food poisoning but nothing compares on how much I love your daughter sir. The first day I met her she was listening to her music so loud I could hear it clearly and it was 'a sky full of stars' by ColdPlay and I think the song describes us. She is perfect in so many ways, just the way she is; her personality, her hair how it always smells like that one kind of flower that smells really good. Michael and Leah sit besides the pool in her parents backyard, their feet hanging in the water. Leah's head rests on Michaels shoulder. Both of her parents look through the window because they know what Michael wants to do. Her younger brother confused but happy for his sister. Michael stands up.

"Come here, I gotta ask you somethin' " he says pulling her up. She smiles as he gets on one knee, he digs in his back pocket for the ring. He finaly pulls out a silver plastic ring and says,

"Don't worry the real one is waiting at home" he says holding her hand, "Leah Michelle Stevens will you make me the happiest boy in the universe and be my wife" she nods and hugs him. Michael kisses all over her neck and face, he picks her up and twirls her in circles only for the both to fall in the pool. They come up laughing their heads off. Her parents watch from the window in tears while her brother who doesn't understand the concept of 'love' is crying also.

Michael and Leah spend the rest of the night watching romcoms and eating ice cream. Michael tells her about his dad and she understands. They promised eachother no more secrets.
