Qadira walked through the quiet town, enjoying it until she saw something that stopped her in her tracks. She saw Anjanette, Stevie, and Maeko at Granny's Diner talking and laughing over drinks and food. This enraged her, how dare they, she thought to herself. She decided she'd better keep a closer eye on them, she couldn't trust them at this point now could she.

On the other side of this small town, a barking dog and a man met with a woman and her child stood talking or rather yelling. Yet again an argument starts over something Jefferson found so completely irrelevant. It seems Grace and Luna had awaken while while apart, he had not nor had the others.

(Luna's Pov)

"You've got to be kidding me, this is utterly ridiculous and frankly not true."

"It is true Papa." Grace said nearing tears.

"It's true, I'm your wife, that's your daughter, and that's Alana's dog Charlie. What do I have to say to get you to believe me?"

"I don't know any Alana and my dog's name is Chuck, not Charlie."

"I can prove that's Charlie." I says, my voice breaking as his tone seems to indicate he thinks I'm lying. "Come here, Charlie" I call, the dog just looked at me blankly.

"What did I tell you, that's Chuck and I'm not your husband or father."

"That doesn't mean anything, if you don't believe me, why not take a paternity test? If it says you are not, then we'll leave you alone forever, but if it says you are, then you have no choice but to believe us."

"Deal, but for right now, leave me alone."

With that I watched Jefferson and Charlie walk into their house, Jefferson slamming the door behind him. I hold Grace close to me as she cries, walking with her inside. He took the test, but the results never came, he became convinced that meant we lied.

(Anjanette's POV)

Slowly the pieces are beginning to fit together, sort of, I still don't know why I get the feeling we already knew each other. I also have been taking notice of the town's accountant always seeming to be around when we're near each other. I'm not sure if that coincidence or if she's been following us, or rather, me.

We haven't kissed yet, not because we haven't both wanted to at one time or another, but because the moment has never felt right. It was a new day, a good day in fact, until some nut came into the diner saying we we're all trapped in a curse. How crazy right, the weirdest part is her counterpart was agreeing with her. Oh great two nuts, I thought as I finished my tea. Normally I trust the people in this town and I feel I should be trusting these familiar looking people but I just can't.

"You aren't who you think you are. Granny, you know me, I'm your granddaughter."

"I think I'd recognise my own family don't you think?" Granny scoffed, returning to the kitchen.

They left quickly after that, the one in red very upset by hearing that, was being consoled by the other woman, holding her close as they left. I paid the pill and set off to go pick up Stevie so I could get cook supper, give him a bath, and put him to bed, as well as myself of course. What a weird pair, I couldn't get what they said out of my head, even late at night in my bed I kept thinking of what the one in red had said, claiming she knew us all as other people, even called Leroy by Grumpy, like that's a name. I finally turned over and fell asleep.
