Chapter Two

Victoria's POV

I wake up the next day, excited for tonight. Ethan was picking me up at six and it is currently 10 AM. I had eight hours to get ready. I went to my wardrobe to see what I could wear and I had nothing. My wardrobe was full of jeans, jumpers and old dresses but nothing new and good enough for a party and to impress Ethan so I decided to go into town.

I went into every shop and there was nothing I liked until I seen a short white dress with lace at the top. I found my size and bought it along with white heels and white ear rings.

By the time I got home it was 12 I got some lunch and jumped in the shower I curled my hair and done my makeup ready for tonight. I tried my dress on and it fit perfectly. I put my ear rings in and my heels on and I looked in the mirror. I looked good, my tan went well with the dress and I was ready to go. Just an hour left until Ethan came and got me.

Ethan's POV

Today was the day I told Vic how I felt about her I know I can do it. If she doesn't feel the same way that's fine but if she does then I guess we could give things a go. My phone started to ring bringing me out of my thoughts, I picked it up and it was Cal phoning.
"Hey." I say answering the phone.
"Hey I was just wondering if you were still coming tonight."
"Yeah I'll be there."
"Good, don't forget to tell Vic how you feel."
"Goodbye Cal."
"You've got to tell her, you've liked her for a while now you can't keep it a secret any longer."
"Okay, okay I will I said I was gonna."
"Good, I'll see you tonight."
"Bye."
"Bye." I hung up the phone and headed upstairs to see what I was wearing tonight, I needed to look good, for Vic.

Hours after trying on clothes I finally found what I was wearing: a dark blue shirt with short sleeves and white pants. It was five o'clock, I had to quickly finish getting ready or I'll be late picking up Vic. I quickly gelled my hair and sprayed the first aftershave I could grab, shoved my shoes on, grabbed my car keys, locked the door and jumped into my car and set off to Vic's.

It took me half an hour but I eventually arrived at Victoria's. I walked up to her door, took a deep breath, and knocked. "Hi." She said opening the door then locking it behind her. I stood there is shock at how amazing she looked. "What, what is it?" She asked worried.
"No, erm, no it's, nothin, wow. You look.... amazing."
"Thanks. You look good yourself." She said blushing. I stood there staring at her for a while. "Erm should we go."
"Oh yeah, yeah come on let's go." I said getting into the car.
