Victoria's POV

It had been a few hours after the accident and I feel back to normal again, I sit with the oxygen mask off which annoys Ethan but he's cute when he's annoyed so I carry on doing it.
"Do you want a coffee or anything?" Ethan says getting up from the chair that's beside my bed.
"A hot chocolate if you don't mind."
"One hot chocolate coming right up." He says leaving the room as Eddie enters.
"So I've just finished talking to the police who say you can't stay in your house until they've checked it out and made sure your carbon monoxide alarms are working and your boiler."
"Fair enough the alarm because it didn't go off but the boiler? It was the oven that was left on, not a leaky pipe from the boiler."
"I don't know it's what they said, anyway there's worse news."
"Go on, hit me with it."
"They can't get someone out until another week."
"So I'm basically homeless for a week."
"They said you can go and get some clothes but it's not safe to stay in the house until you get a plumber in." Eddie continues explaining.
"So basically I have to pay god knows how much for a plumber to check my boiler which I know isn't broken because I left the gas on which is my own fault."
"Basically." He laughs at my rant. "Do you have anyone to stay with?"
"No, my family don't live round here."
He then had a really big smile on his face and as he was about to ask me something Ethan walked in.

"One hot chocolate served." He says giving it to me. "What, what have I missed."
"Just saying how I'm basically homeless for a week maybe more."
"Easy, your staying with me."
"But..."
"No it's happening." Eddie interrupts the argument and says quite annoyed
"Anyway your blood results show all the carbon monoxide has gone from your body so I'll just get your papers ready so you can be discharged."
"Thanks." I say happily.
"Yeah thanks." Ethan says with less enthusiasm I don't think he likes Eddie that much. I don't know how I feel about him, he's kind but there's something strange about him but I don't know what it is.
"Vic?" Ethan says snapping me out of my thoughts. "You ready to go?"
"Yeah coming now."

When arriving at Ethan's, after getting my clothes from my place, he takes me through to the spare bedroom. "You can stay in here. Sorry I didn't let you stay in it the other night, it was just full of my clothes everywhere."
"No it's fine, thank you for doing this."
"Stop thanking me, anyway I'll let you get settled in." He says closing the door and leaving me with my suitcase of clothes. I dump it down in the corner and get changed into my Pjs as it's now 8 o'clock at night and join Ethan back in the living room.

I look at him and I can tell he has something on his mind "what's up?" I ask sitting down beside him.
"Huh?"
"It looks like you have something on your mind."
"It's just I can't believe I nearly lost you today." He says looking into my eyes.
"But you never."
"Yeah but i nearly did and you would have never of known how I feel."
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
"Listen, I like you, and I mean really like you and I know you don't feel the same way and thats..."
"Woah hold up how do you know how I feel." I say with a huge smile on my face at what he just said.
"Because who's gonna like someone like me." He says looking down at his hands.
"Me you idiot."
"What really"
"Yeah, I really like you too, I have for a while I just didn't know how to say it."
"So have I, Cals been telling me how stupid I am and how I just needed to tell you."
"Yeah Robyn said the same to me."
We both laugh at how stupid we are and how we should of just told each other.
"How would you like to go out for dinner tomorrow after work?" Ethan asks.
"Yeah I'd love that."
"Good."
"Anyway I better get to bed, it's been an eventful day but you know what mrs Beauchamps like she won't give you a day off even if you've broke your leg."
"Yeah that's true, I'll see you in the morning."
"See you." I go into my room and do a silent dance, I'm so happy he feels the same as I do.

Ethan's POV
As I knock the Tv off and go up to my room I think to myself how proud I am for telling her how I feel. Cal will be so happy when I tell him that I've finally told her how I feel.
