(This chapter is shorter than usual. Sorry :( I've got bad writer's block)

Tonight is our biggest show. The L.A. show. This show is the largest venue in our whole tour, and it's sold out. I decided that I was gonna wear my tights that at the bottom are solid black but gradually turn into fish nets with my black combat boots. I wore my black denim shorts that had studs lining the pockets and a white tee shirt that says 'I'm with the band'. To top it off I threw on my red leather jacket.

Everyone was already in the crowds waiting for me to kick the concert off. I picked out my more rock style songs for this show. This is the most excited I've ever been for a show. I've got about seven cups of coffee in my system and I've never felt more energetic in my life. I was practically bouncing off the walls until Mikey put his hands on my shoulders.

"Calm down there Jitter bug." Mikey teased. I rolled my eyes but continued to bounce on my heels. "No more coffee for you."

"Oh come on." I whined sarcastically. Mikey snickered and leaned closer to my face. We locked lips causing me to stop bouncing. He traced his tongue against my bottom lip while pulling my body closer to his.

*Ahem* Brian cleared his throat from beside us. I pulled away with a blush dusting my cheeks. "You're on." He instructed. I pecked Mikey's cheek and picked up my guitar. Mikey slapped my ass on my way out causing me to gasp and turn around. He had a smirk on his face.

"Good luck princess." He winked. I smiled wide and ran on stage.

"Hey there Los Angeles, how are you fuckers doing tonight!?" I screamed into the mic. The crowd cheered as I ran across the front of the stage slapping fan's hands. I returned to my spot and strummed a cord on my bass. "Boy do I have a show for you tonight."

Once the crowd dies down a bit I began playing the beginning of the song on my bass. I giggled a bit to myself.

"I'm usually not this jittery. I've had waaayy too many cups of coffee." The crowd filled with laughter as I finally calmed down myself.

I got through a few songs and now I'm playing my favorite. The one about the boys. I'm a little less than halfway through my set with this song. I let myself get lost in the music. So lost I almost forgot I had to sing. Almost.

The song was going good. I felt the energy transfer from me to the crowd. But that energy soon ended. Just I was about to sing the chorus, the power cut out. A few seconds later, emergency lights lit up. The people in the audience began yelling, laughing, and panicking.

"WELL SHIT." I screamed out to the crowd since my mic didn't work. People from backstage soon rushed on stage with battery powered lights and set them up around the stage so I and a few others could see. One of them handed me a battery powered mic so I could talk to the crowd.

"So the power cut out." I said while sitting with my legs crossed on center stage. "I need you guys to stay calm for me okay?"

The guys rushed out on stage and sat by my sides.

"You okay?" Mikey asked while wrapping his arms around me. I love how protective and caring he is of me. I nod my head with a small laugh.

"You're so amazing that the power couldn't handle you, y/n." Frank laughed next to me.

"I'm just pissed cause that's my favorite song I've written." I sighed. Mikey rubbed my back.

"What's it about?" Ray asked, leaning closer to me to hear since the crowd was pretty loud.

"You guys." I smile shyly.

"Really?" Gerard smiled.

"It's called 'Party Animals' of course it's about you guys." I teased. Mikey playfully rolled his eyes while kissing the top of my forehead.

"I like 'Foreign Nation'." Mikey said into my neck.

"That's cause you helped me write it hun." I laughed while turning my head to look at him.

"Uh, hey y/n?" Frank said nervously.

"What's up Frankie?" I replied.

"All of our fans are just kinda staring at us." He said while looking out at the crowd. He awkwardly waved and the fans went nuts.

I leaned against Mikey, trying to figure out how to save the show. An idea popped into my head making me spring up over to Gee. He looked at me scared.

"'Freezing Rain'" I said excited. Gee smiled and stood up. Freezing Rain is the song that Gerard and I have been writing together and finished it up this morning. Its a duet but it's played on two acoustic guitars. We were gonna wait to perform it once we've got it perfect but since acoustics don't have to be plugged into amps it's our only choice.

"Grab you're guitar." Gee instructed me while following me off stage. I grabbed my acoustic guitar and Gerard got another few mics from one of the stage managers. We ran back onto stage and I turned my mic back on.

"So how would you guys like to hear a duet with Gee and I?" I asked into my mic. The crowd screamed in approval.

"I don't think they want to hear it." Gee joked into the mic. I laughed and shook my head. Frank pulled two stools over for Gee and I as well as four mic stands. Two to hold mics pointing at the guitars, and two for Gee and I's mic.

"So this is a song that Gee has been writing with me. It's a duet called "Freezing Rain"." I spoke as I began strumming the cords.

By the time we got to the chorus, almost everyone in the crowd had their flashlights on and were waving them back and forth. It was an unreal feeling. I glanced over and Gee who looked like he was about to cry. I don't blame him. We wrote this song about how we feel like we aren't good enough for this world. It goes back and forth between two stories. One of a girl and one of a boy. I sang the part about the boy while Gee sings the part about the girl. It's an emotional song for both of us but because of hos the lights are set up, the crowd couldn't see the single tear dripping down Gee's face. Or the few forming in my eyes.

At the end of the song, we both set down our guitars and wrapped our arms around each other. Gee hiccuped a bit and I let a few of my tears fall. The audience was going completely crazy once the song ended. After we both calmed down a bit, we let go and just giggled at ourselves. We both wiped away our tears and returned to the crowd.

"Thank you." We both said into the mic. Mikey, Ray and Frank came over and we turned off our mics.

Frank looked like he was about to cry as he pulled Gee and I into a hug. He must've understood what it was about. This is the first time anyone had heard this song besides Gerard and I.

"That was fucking deep." Frank said in between us. Gerard looked at me with a sad smile.

"So you figured it out?" Gerard asked.

"Gee, we lived it with you guys. Of course we understood it." Ray answered. Mikey came up and pulled me into a separate hug once Frank let go. He rubbed his hand across my back in comfort. Mikey let go with a smile.

"That was incredible." Mikey said to both Gee and I.

"Thanks babe." I kissed his cheek but pulled away quick, forgetting that there's a huge crowd of people staring at us. I nervously laughed and blushed.

All of a sudden the lights flashed on resembling that the power kicked back on. My backup band rushed onto stage and grabbed their instruments. The stage manager gave me a thumbs up saying I could continue.

"Get off my stage." I sassed to the boys over my mic. Gerard and Ray put their hands up in defense as they walked to the side and off the stage.

"Alright! Let's get this show started up again!" I yelled into my mic while we started playing again.
