            ::Davina's POV::

I wake up with a pounding headache and nausea. My eyes adjust to the darkness of my...this is not my room. The room is well furnished with a chair near the door, a polished white dresser, a maroon rug, and a chandelier above the bed. The room is beautiful, but definitely not mine.
I get out of the bed and walk to the large window. The bedroom door opening makes me jump, my hand clenching the maroon curtain.
Sin closes the door softly behind him, shirtless and looks like he's about to work out. "Good to see you're awake," he says. My knees and hands shake violently. If this was any other time, I would be thinking of nothing other than the fact that he has an amazing body.
"Where am I?" I ask. He sits down on the edge of the bed, crossing his arms.
"My home in Washington," he tells me. What the frickfrackpattywack!? Washington!?
    "That's three hours away from-"
"I'm well aware of that, beautiful. Which is why I brought you here and nowhere else," he says. I can hear my heart beat in my ears.
"I want to go home. I need to see my bro-"
"I can't allow that," he interrupts. "Last night I made a...very bad man believe that I killed you, if I let you go and live your life, that's taking the chance of him seeing you again and knowing I lied about killing you. There is no room for liers in this business. You have to be dead to the world, unless you are going to get us both killed."
"I shouldn't of went to dinner with you," I whisper. His jaw clenches as he gets up and makes his way over to me.
"This wasn't my intention; this is actually the last thing I wanted," he says. I swallow down the lump in my throat. "It's late and you just woke up, but I'm sure you'll find something to do with yourself until you get tired again."
"How long was I asleep?" I ask, shifting back and forth on my feet.
"A long time. You wouldn't stop freaking out once I put you back in the car last night so I had to drug you," he says. I run my hands through my hair. "I'll have someone bring you in something more comfortable."
"Wait," I say, stepping away from the curtain. He stops in his tracks and looks back at me. "Will I ever be able to see my brother again?" He sighs and walks away.
I throw myself up on the bed like how the princesses do on movies. My feels body exhausted, but my mind is going in all directions. The chances of seeing my brother again are most likely low, as well as my chances for other things.
Will I ever get out of here? Will I get to graduate? Will I get to go to college? Will I get to fall in love? Get married? Have kids? Grow old with someone?
My door opens again. A little girl with light brown hair walks in. As soon as she looks at me in her eyes, they're the same as Sin's. She gives me a smile and hands me clothes.
    "Hi, I'm Emmy," she says.
"I'm Davina," I tell her with a smile. She's adorable and its obvious she's his child. They gave the same eyes and nose and hair color, I can't help but wonder what she got from her mom.
"Can I call you Devvie?" She asks instead. I smile. "Daddy told me to bring you those to sweep in. He said your our...our?"
"Guest?" I suggest. She nods. I'm one hell of a guest then.
"I'm happy you're daddy's friend, he doesn't have any friends that are girls. All of them are boys," she says. She swings her feet back and forth, looking me in the eyes. "Can we be friends too since your friends with daddy?"
I smile, giggling a little. Maybe she's the only good thing that will come out of this situation. I find it so hard to imagine that someone like Sin can have a daughter like this. She's an angel and he's....well, a sin.
"Of course we can," I tell her. "Can you tell me something? Is your daddy a good person?" The best honestly comes from kids.
"He's the best. He always plays with me and reads me bed time stories. He's super nice," she says. Her smile fades. "But he always yells at his friends, and calls them bad words."
My eyes widen. "Do you know why?" I ask. She shakes her head, her hair flying in front of her small face. How did I go from having a very inappropriate dram about this man or taking to his daughter after being kidnapped by him?
"Emmy!" A soft, but deep voice says from the hall. A man with longer brown hair and golden skin comes in. "Your dad is ready to put you in bed," he tells her. She hops off and runs out of the room. The man's gaze follows her out until she's out of sight. He looks back at me with a friendly smile. "You're Davina, correct?" He asks with a heavy Spanish accent.
"Yeah," I say shyly. "And you are?"
"Kole," he says. "A...friend of sorts to Sin. He explained to us your situation earlier, and I hope you understand that this in your best interest." I scuff. These people are literally crazy. The only level headed person is house place is Emilia and she's five.
"Getting kidnapped is in my best interest?"
"It doesnt sound or seem like it is, but it truly is. These...men are ruthless and would kill you on sight if they knew you were alive just because you were seen out with Sin. He's trying I keep you safe." I take a deep breath. "You don't deserve this-"
    "Obviously."
"And I'll be here whenever you need me."
