Alia

"Yes Charlie CIA agents. Keep up." Noah muttered under his breath rolling his eyes then laughing as Charlie noticed.

It was all too much to take in and especially the fact that we were all a part of it and thought it was a good idea to tell Charlie about it.

It started off with Noah coming back in and leading us into the gym so that nobody could listen into our conversation. He sat on a bench with his legs on either side, Charlie mirroring his appearance then giving him a very serious look that even i was afraid of, he asked, "swear on the life of your grandparents you wont utter a single word that is discussed in this room." And as Charlie adjusted on the bench, raking his fingers through his hair and uncomfortably licking his lips, he swore on his fathers parents lives.

The colour slowly drained from his face as Noah silently moved his shirt up revealing the gun that he hid in a threatening way. "Say a word and you'll have to face the consequences."  He whispered.

I frowned at him knowing Charlie would do no such thing, since he was already terrified but i still didnt stop Noah from giving his threat. Noah turned to me after and Charlie did the same his eyes wide and for a moment i thought tearful.

"Charlie, earlier you asked how we had so much money." He nodded in agreement as the question from earlier came back to him. "Yeah well its nothing illegal. Its actually that we're CIA agents." His brown eyes widened at each word and he suddenly seemed to look like a small child with a lollipop snatched from him.

I carried on, " its a lot to take in and because we need to do this undercover, you aren't allowed to tell anyone." He swallowed hard, his face getting paler by the second. "You dont have to worry right now but its your own choice if you want carry on doing your own thing..."

"...or join us." Noah finished for me and as Charlie looked between both of us, i could tell the wires and cogs in his head were rapidly working. The frown that was set upon his face disappeared in an instance as the gym door opened and Zack stepped in.

He looked at the three of us, coming over and stepping beside me, "here you guys are." He shook his, "the guard let me in." He said whilst gesturing towards the door he came in from.

Taking out his phone he went across the room sitting on the pile of mats that were left there from when Ali was training. "Ignore im here." He practically shouted from across the room and while Noah rolled his eyes, clearing his throat and once again faced Charlie expectantly waiting for his answer.

"Well..." i urged him, his eyes lingering on his hands that were clasped in-front of him and his knee bobbing up and down impatiently. And then finally he spoke, "i dont think... im not sure im well enough to like- do stuff." He finished after hesitating for a while.

From the corner of my eye, i could tell Zacks eyes had lifted from his phone screen and stopped on Charlie, piercing into his face. It was clear he was thinking deeply into him, carefully observing him because of the stuttered words that had just left his mouth They meant something deeper than he was supposed to admit.

"Its your own choice, but now we've told you, you've got to understand that as soon as your mouth opens up about this, our guns will have to open your head." Noah shrugged  the threatening tone back in his voice.

Ali

Anxiously passing the room, i slammed my first into the wall for the third time in frustration. Warm blood trickled from my knuckles staining the white walls this time, not feeling the pain until i saw the red cuts that concealed my hands, drops of blood dripping onto the carpet of my bedroom.

Silently groaning in pain but not because of my hand. No. But instead because of the energy it would take to open up to both Alia and Noah, to try explaining to them and make them understand that im going to have to make this decision, that its a choice im basically forced to make.

Chewing the inside of my mouth trying to hide the anger that was now building up even more inside me, i glared into the space before me, my mind completely blank and breath slow but heavy. The door swung open and as Alia stepped in i couldn't help wish she wasn't here.

"Ali so you know Char-" she stopped and looked down at me her forehead creasing at the sight of me on the floor with a bloody knuckle and then glancing up at the new hole that decorated the wall and began piecing everything together. "What happened?" She whispered her eyes widening as she came closer.

Urging myself to get back up from the floor and finally being able to be the one looking down at her, she pulled my hand from my side and examined it for a second then back at my face. "What happened?" She repeated again but this time her voice came out as it normally was only this time with a slight quiver.

I couldnt look her in the eye and lie to her face but by  the loving way she took my hand and the way she winced when looking at the graze, i just knew she wouldnt like the decision i was making.

It was the reason i wanted to fight Noah, it was why i tried avoiding them these. Always wanting to pick up a fight or struggling to control the urge of just shooting Zack straight in the head.

Alia waved her hand in my face and this time the anger was clear through her expression. "Lets clean this." She said quickly looking at my hand and even though i stood firm on the ground, she was able to drag me to the bathroom and dampened a cloth only to violently scrub at my bloody fist.

"I should be a nurse at this point. Always tending to both you idiots." She stopped and stared into my face. "Cant you control yourselves? Is it this hard to start acting like actual grown men rather than monkeys in a jungle?" Looking away from her face and stifling the laugh that was rising in my throat because if her almost accurate description of us.

God she always had a way to change my mood. Even when she didnt mean to.

Pausing again and looking at me with serious accusing eyes, she threw the cloth into the bath and pushed past me.
As i desperately tried yanking at her arm to apologise she turned back around giving me a deathly stare. "I dont like who you are anymore Ali. We want our brother back." She pressed on each word of her last sentence and while my grip loosened from her hand, i could feel the impact of her words slapping me across my face.

Getting up from the side of the bath tub and following her into the room, i called out her name, getting her attention instantly. "Can we talk properly now?" I asked and while she searched my face for an idea of what i was going to tell her, i took a seat the sofa and took a deep breath before starting.

"Alia im going to join the army." She turned her full body to face me, Her mouth open slightly. "Dont get angry at me or try changing my mind. Im going this Sunday and im not turning back on my decision. Please dont question why im going." I pleaded but her face didn't change a second until she realised i had stopped.

For a moment she looked away and began walking towards the bed, sitting down and staring at the ground. "are you sure?" She questioned, her eyes still glued to the ground.
I nodded realising she couldn't see me then cleared my throat, "im sure."
