The Search

Ever since the day Taehyung transfered to their school, Yoongi and Taehyung have been inseparable.

Jimin hangouts with them too, but he's felt a bit left out. The only time Jimin gets to be with Taehyung with his full attention, is when they walk to school and home.

Taehyung wasn't trying to make Jimin feel left out, heck he didn't even realize. Jimin would have been fine if Jungkook was here, but he hasn't been at school lately, which worries Jimin.

Jimin could hangout with Hoseok and his friends, but after what happened in 8th grade it would be awkward.

In 8th grade Hoseok confessed to Jimin, but Jimin turned him down because he's straight.

Anyways it's 3rd period and they are currently in P.E. They are about to select teams for Basketball.

The team captains, Jackson and Mark are choosing teams. So far both of them got seven people on their teams.

After choosing several people Jimin finally gets called. Jackson choose Jimin.

Taehyung got picked after Jimin meaning he was chosen by Mark. Taehyung was teammates with Yoongi, Mark chose Yoongi for his first pick because he was good at basketball.

Jimin felt a bit jealous that he couldn't be on the same team as Taehyung but he got over it.

Jimin's Pov:

Our team was barely winning but at least we were winning.

I was about to shoot the ball when I noticed Taehyung making funny faces at me. Aish.. He's trying to make me mess up..

I took the shot and I still made it. I looked over at Taehyung and did a hair flip, he grinned at what I just did.

Yoongi now had the ball and was trying to shoot the ball. I ran as quick as could to help defend our team.

He hit the ball on the back board and it came flying at me.

It hit me on the head, and let me say, basketballs aren't soft.

Yoongi ran up to me, "are you okay?"

Yeah other than being hit in on the head by a basketball I was fine.

"Im perfectly fine" I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes.

Taehyung soon ran up to us, "Come on, I'm taking you to the nurse" He said while grabbing my hand and dragging me away with him.

"Do you even know where it is?" I asked. I looked at him, he laughed nervously. "No..?" He said but it sounded more as a question.

I chuckled at him, " You can go back to P.E. I know where it is" I told him.

"No" He said while he continued to drag me "I'll find it" He said.

He dragged me the opposite way of the nurses office. I opened my mouth to tell him he was going the wrong way but he shushed me.

We eventually arrived after 30 minutes of wandering the school.

"We here?" He questioned while he looked at me. I chuckled at him, "Thank you" I said.

He grabbed my hand and took me inside the nurses office. "He got hit on the head by a basketball" He spoke to the nurse.

The nurse nodded and pointed to a small bed in the corner and a chair.

I sat on the bed while Taehyung sat on the chair next to the bed.

The nurse walked up to me and handed me a icepack. "Stay until the pain wears down, don't sleep though" She told me.

"Thank you for bringing him, but you have to go back to class" She told Taehyung.

He smiled and nodded. He stepped outside the door way before he left he smiled and whispered "get better."

I laid down with the icepack on my head.

3rd Pov:

Taehyung made his way back to P.E.

He walked in the gym realizing no one was in there, meaning class was over.

"Oops" He whispered to himself and took his phone out to check the time. He missed the rest of P.E. and half of his photography class. It took him 30 minutes to find the nurse on his search.

He was bummed out about missing half of photography, it being his favorite class.

He realized that he didn't ask the nurse for a pass. He decided to skip the rest of it knowing either way he'd be in trouble.

He walked up the stairs which lead to the rooftop.

He noticed another person up there and got scared thinking if maybe it was a teacher.

Yoongi, who was the other person, heard the door open and looked over.

He made eye contact with the younger.

"Oh hello" Yoongi said looking over at Taehyung. "You scared me" Taehyung chuckled.

"What are listening to?" The younger asked after noticing the earphones in the older's ears.

Yoongi looked over at Taehyung and took a earbud out, "want to listen?"

Taehyung nodded his head and ran over to Yoongi to take the earbud.
