Encountered

Park Jimin's ideal morning is to wake up without drowsiness, eat the perfect  breakfast in bed, and walk out the door on time for what ever the day was to bring to him.

Being nudged on the side with occasional 'wake ups' being whispered wasn't the ideal wake up.

A couple pokes on the arm and he was slightly awake.

Jimin opened an eye to look at the source of the annoying poking. He saw Taehyung sitting there continuing  to poke him repeatedly not looking at his face to realize he was awake.

"What?" Jimin mumbled with tiredness hinting in his voice.

Taehyung looked over at the boy who had one eye peeking at him and the other shut before proceeding to talk.

"We slept in late" Taehyung said looking away quick, preparing himself for a lecture.

"Tae, you were responsible for setting an alarm" Jimin groaned while sitting up and rubbing his eyes.

"Yeah, about that, I forgot" Taehyung said stating the obvious, causing Jimin to roll his eyes.

Jimin got up forgetting his tiredness and started rambling on about how stupid Taehyung is.

"Hey it could be worse" Taehyung stated trying to defend himself.

Jimin proceeded to search threw his closet, while mumbling "whatever".

Jimin found a outfit luckily, Black skinny jeans along with his favorite red hoodie.

He slipped on his favorite pair of Converse and placed a grey beanie on his head since he didn't have time to do his hair.

Taehyung, who was downstairs, was busy making breakfast for the two.

It might have just been Toast with strawberry jam, but he was quite happy with his cooking.

He placed the pieces of toast on two plates, one for each of them, and stood back to admire his work.

He frowned deciding it needed something more to make it presentable.

He was currently worried more about making their food look nice then getting ready for their day.

Today was an important day for them, they were going to a job interview.

He slathered a bunch of random pieces of fruit on the toast.

He looked with admiration at his now presentable toast and nodded his head in approval for his toast.

Jimin came running down the stairs, not wanting to be late for their interview.

He noticed his boyfriend who was still in his pajamas standing next to plates of well decorated toast.

He was happy about the breakfast, don't get me wrong, but he started panicking seeing Taehyung not ready at all.

"Ahhh go get ready" Jimin said practically freaking out.

Taehyung must've forgotten about that because he looked down and noticed he was still in his sleepwear.

His eyes widened and he sprinted up the stairs, somehow almost tripping on his sweatpants

Jimin sighed sitting down at the kitchen table taking a raspberry of his piece of toast and eating it.

Jimin's mother came down the stairs curious about all the noises coming from downstairs.

"Jimin?" She spoke a bit confused.

Jimin turned around in his chair to look at his mother.

"Weren't you supposed to leave at 7:00Am?" She questioned.

He widened his eyes pulling put his phone to check the time.

The phone read 8:13Am and Jimin felt his heart drop.

He gasped then stood up.

"Taehyung!!" He yelled while shoving his phone on his pocket and grabbing his wallet and house keys.

He rushed over to the door and after a moment without response he yelled again.

"I'm leaving without you!" He yelled then proceeded to step out the door.

"Wait!" Taehyung could be heard from upstairs rushing around.

Down came Taehyung wearing a denim jacket with a grey hoodie underneath and black sweatpants.

Jimin quickly grabbed Taehyung's hand and they rushed out the door.

Jimin sighed and sat on the curb.

"I'm sorry" Taehyung said sitting next to Jimin

"It's not your fault" Jimin responded a bit disappointed.

Apparently they don't allow you to be a hour late for your job interview.

"I really wanted that job too" Taehyung pouted.

"Hey my friend's business is hiring" Someone spoke up behind them.

They turned around to see Hoseok, who attended their school a grade above them and both boy's knew.

"Oh hey Hoseok, I haven't talked to you in forever" Jimin said.

Hoseok just smiled and Taehyung stood up jumping up and down.

"Hoseok hyung!" Taehyung yelled engulfing the older in a hug.

Jimin was slightly confused to see his boyfriend and Hoseok hugging.

They know each other?

"Sorry I haven't have time to show you around the school, but it seems Jimin did a good job" Hoseok said ruffling Taehyung's hair.

"You guys know each other?" Jimin asked confused.

"Of course! Did I not tell you?" Taehyung said.

Jimin shook his head in confusion and then tilted his head to the side. Tell me what?

"Taehyung and I used to be neighbors until he moved recently, he's my childhood best friend" Hoseok spoke up.

"Speaking of moving where did you move to?" Hoseok chuckled.

"I live next to my boyfriend" Taehyung cooed glancing a bit at Jimin to hint it was him, although Hoseok didn't catch on.

Jimin knew things were about to get awkward.

"Oh whose your boyfriend?" Hoseok wiggled his eyebrows.

There's the question that will make things awkward. Jimin gulped. He hoped Hoseok wouldn't remember.

"Jiminie~" Taehyung said pointing to the smaller male who smiled awkwardly at Hoseok.

"Haha, your joking right, he's straight"  Hoseok laughed.

He remembered. In 8th grade Hoseok asked out Jimin, but he said no because he's straight.

"Nope" Taehyung said planting a kiss on his cheek.

Jimin felt the need to explain himself, he wasn't ever really interested in girls and he never was interested boys. The only boy he was interested in was Taehyung.

Now that he thinks about it Taehyung was the first person he actually dated.

"I'm only gay for Taehyung" He said laughing a bit while sneaking an arm around his waist.

Hoseok smiled happily for the couple.

"Congrats!" Hoseok yelled cheerfully.

"Thank you" They said at the same time then laughed when they realized they spoke at the same time.
