***still Bones POV***
I wanted Georgie to know just how appreciated she is and just how important she really is. I knew 2 section was back from tour so I decided it would be nice to arrange a little surprise for her while she's having the day at her mums. I got into the phone with Peanuts straight away.

"You alright boss?"
"Yeah thanks. I was wondering if we can work some of that special forces magic?"
"Okay. What am I doing now?"
"I've booked a meal for 2 section, Georgie's mum dad and sisters and special forces. It's a surprise for Georgie just to show we do appreciate her at home as well as being a medic. Her mums took her to the salon for hair, nails and makeup. As far as Georgie knows it's just a typical day but I thought it would be nice for us all to be together. Looking back at tour yes she's a danger attracting walking hazard but she's good at her job"
"We'll be there boss. I'll ring the rest of them."
"Usual restaurant 5:30 tables book for McClyde they know they'll be quite a few coming. Thank you peanuts. Oh and dress smart casual please peanut and the rest of you lot."
"No problem boss.will do boss."

It's about time we shown Georgie some appreciation, she really does do a lot for everyone of us.
————————Georgie's POV————————
Everyone was fussing over me today. I'd had a lovely day with mum, Marie and Lou-Lou. Somethings going on that I don't know about clearly.
"Sweetie get ready we're going out as a family."mums voice rang through the house.
My hair and makeup was already done so I got into my favourite outfit (picture above).
We got into the taxi so I decided to check my phone, wonder why Bones hasn't been sending me a billion texts like he usually does in fact I've not heard from any of the section. The taxi pulled up outside my favourite restaurant. We headed inside to see dad sat down along with 2 section and special forces.
"Who's birthday have I forgot this time?" It was the only reason I could think of why we'd all be here.
"Nobody's we just wanted to do a little get together at your favourite restaurant to show our appreciation on how much you do for us all, I don't think we realised just how much of a difference you make to the army until your not there. Plus we think bones is getting soft in his old age seem so he arranged it." Rab and Maisie look cute together was literally all that was running through my mind.
"Watch it khaleel! I love you lane." Bones saying that felt so right to hear.
"I love you too Bones." I adore him but I'm not gonna get soft in front of the full section we'd never hear the end of it.
"Asking now before I drink haha but does bones have an actual name?" Might of guessed my mother would be the one to ask that.
"Captain Alex McClyde. Lovely to finally properly meet you mrs Lane. Just to say your daughter truly is a treasure." Why would he have to turn formal now of all times.
"It's grace. I've heard lots of good things about you." Least mum likes him and he's already met dad, as for my sisters he'll work round them in his own time that won't take long anyway, well at least not for Lou as for gaining Marie's approval that could take a while.
"Alex? Georgie really?! I expected bones to be called Harry or something daft like that haha." Might of guessed Maisie would pop up. This is what i miss the laughs we have.
"I was shocked as well don't worry." I'm not lying I was shocked.
The meal was lovely mum and dad and my sisters got on well with bones and the rest of the section and special forces. This right here is what I call family. This night couldn't be more perfect.
Me and Bones set of walking home together, hand in hand. The streets was illuminated with street lights. The stars twinkled in the sky. As I gazed up, one of them seemed to wink at me. I took this as a sign from Elvis to say "he's alright, go for it George." Suddenly, Bones fell down onto one knee. I rushed to him and he put his hand out to stop me. He reached into the pocket of his midnight blue jeans and pulled out a scarlet velvet box. As he opened the lid, a ring was delicately popped on top of a cushion. Three beautifully carved diamonds were resting on the gold band. "Georgie, there is no other woman I have loved more than you. You make me laugh until my stomach hurts, you make me smile like a child at Christmas, you make me so so happy and I really didn't think that was possible and your always there when I need to talk. You've been my backbone so many times when things have been difficult. You understand me more than anyone else has in this world. You are the woman I want to spend the rest of my time with. So I'm asking you whole heartedly, will you marry me?"
I stood there jaw agape. His perfect white teeth shone like glitter in the moonlight. Tears of joy began to swarm my eyes, my vision going blurry round the edges, bus still clear enough to see everything I wanted in my future in one single person right in front of me. "Yes. Yes of course I will!" I jumped into his strong arms, as I realised it didn't matter where we was or what was going on around us, because as long as I was with Bones I was home and safe. My lips grazed his and we stood in the rain, under a lamppost. I guess this night could of gotten more perfect after all.
