Clary's POV
I woke up to bright light shining through the windows of Jace and I rooms. I look over to the left to see Jace looking down at me. "How long have you being watching me sleep" I asked groggily. He smiles.
"About 30 minutes now" he said to me. A look of shock written across my face. Why would he watch me sleep for that long. I decided to drop it and start the day. I reach up and place a kiss onto Jace's lip and draw back, but it looks like he wants more and pull me to him and kiss me deeply and passionately. I moan when he pressed his arousal against my core. I break the kiss before it get too intense. We look into each other. "You're so beautiful Clary" he whispered to me. I blush and look down. How can I be beautiful when I have a lot of freckles and green eye that looks like I'm a monster.
As if Jace know what I'm thinking speaks up. "Clary you are the most beautiful girl I've ever lay my eyes on. You're a talented drawer and an excellent mother that any child can have and I love you till the end of death and if life is after that I will always love you" tears stream down my face after his little confession. Oh I love this man that my heart hurts anytime I see him stress or sad. I was about to talk when my stomach decides to answer my growling. Jace laughed and suggest that we get breakfast. We got dressed and head to the dining hall and sit down and wait for the servants to come. Its still weird that I was one of them that was in that position serving the king and queen and their son.
Once where finished I heard to the library to read a book. I choose City of Glass by Cassandra Clare. By the time midday come I mark the page that I was reading and got up from the couch that I was sitting on and made my way to the door and opened it to see someone that I thought I wasn't going to see ever again.
