After Papyrus stormed off upstairs Frisk, Sans and I all sat on a worn out green couch. I started talking about how the food down here was so different from the food on the surface. Frisk gasped excitedly. "Sans, we should seriously show Y/N Grillby's sometime."

     "yeah, she might like it."

     "What's Grillby's?" I asked completely confused.

"It's the restaurant in Snowdin. It's really cool."

"and it's not far from here."

"Oh. Yeah I could try it sometime."

We continued talking about random stuff, after a while we turned on the TV watching a robot cooking show for a while. It eventually came around dinner time. Frisk and I were about to leave when Papyrus walked down the stairs. "HUMANS ARE YOU GOING TO STAY FOR DINNER?"

"Sorry but w-" I was cut off by Frisk.

     "Yes we will."

I turned and whispered to Frisk. "But it's already kinda late and we need to go meet the others."

"We can meet them tomorrow. Besides it's better to meet Undyne earlier than this." Frisk whispered back. I was about to reply back but Papyrus spoke before I could.

"EXCELLENT I THE GREAT PAPYRUS WILL GO COOK THE SPAGHETTI."

"Uh oh." Frisk muttered. I gave her a questioning look.

"Papyrus isn't very good at cooking. So if you can cook, go help him."

I nodded rapidly and ran into the small kitchen. It had a russet and orange checkered floor and mahogany walls. I noticed an incredibly tall sink and next to it is a normal light grey counter. On the counter Papyrus has noodles, tomatoes, a bunch of random spices I have never seen in spaghetti, glitter, and a pot. I was shocked. Wow Frisk really wasn't kidding. I sighed.

"Hey Papyrus do you think I could cook tonight?"

"WHY OF COURSE HUMAN! I AM VERY CURIOUS AS TO HOW HUMANS MAKE SPAGHETTI."

"Great. So to start off, we don't need most of this stuff." I stated, putting most of the spices away and throwing the glitter somewhere in a random direction. Papyrus looked confused but didn't say anything.

I put water in the pot and put it on a burner on high heat. While I waited for it to boil I started working on the sauce. I crushed the tomatoes in a small bowl and dumped it in another smaller pot. I added a bunch of random spices and stirred them in. By this time the water was boiling so I put the noodles into the pot and turned it down a little. Back to the sauce I put it on a low heat and let it simmer to thicken.

While we were waiting it was getting kinda quiet. "So I hear your a chef."

"OH YES. I COOK THE BEST SPAGHETTI IN THE ENTIRE UNDERGROUND NYEHEHEHEH!"

We continued talking about cooking, about ten minutes later the noodles were done. I strained them and threw them in with the sauce. I stirred it up and it was done.

"THAT WAS AN INTERESTING WAY TO MAKE SPAGHETTI." Papyrus commented.

I chuckled. "Is that a complement?"

I grabbed everyone a plate and put some spaghetti on it.

     "I UH, I DON'T KNOW."

"Don't worry it will taste fine."

Papyrus and I both carried two plates and walked into the living room. Papyrus handed one of his plates to Sans and I gave one of mine to Frisk, then we sat down on the couch with the other plates on our lap. I had just noticed Papyrus and I had sat on the ends and Frisk and Sans were in the middle. We all started eating, eh, it's not my best but you gotta make with what you got.

"Y/N, this is amazing." Frisk commented.

"yeah kid, this is good."

"I AGREE HUMAN. YOU ARE ALMOST AS GOOD A COOK AS ME."

"Wow, thanks guys." I smiled.

We all stuffed our faces, chatting a little in-between. Every now and then Sans making a pasta pun and Papyrus yelling at him to shut up and finish his food. We ended up finishing very quickly. For fifteen minutes, Papyrus was arguing with Sans about doing the dishes, (by that I mean Papyrus was yelling at Sans who was half asleep and Sans just kept saying ok.) Papyrus groaned in annoyance, giving up. He gathered all of our plates, grumbling loudly to himself, and went into the kitchen to wash them.

Once we realized we had a little extra time Frisk and I decided to stay a little longer. I watched tv, waiting on Frisk who was talking to Sans and Papyrus about a possible sleepover. Papyrus (of course) was quick to agree, but Sans was a little hesitant. I don't blame him, he had just met me today. After a little convincing from Frisk and Papyrus (and by that I mean they begged him for ten minutes straight) he hesitantly agreed.

Once Sans agreed Frisk and I left. We waved them goodbye as we walked out the door and into the cold. It was so quiet the only thing you could hear was our breathing and the crunching of the snow beneath our feet. "So how long have you been down here?" I asked trying to make conversation.

"Uh, I don't know. I just kinda lost track after the first few weeks I guess."

I was about to ask Frisk something else until I tripped. My face was planted into the snow and I was numb. I yelped, quickly wiping the cold substance off my face. "Cold, cold, cold!" I exclaimed.

I got quiet when I heard Frisk laughing. "O-oh my god!" I glared at them.

After five minutes of this, I gathered snow in my hand, rolled and patted it into a sphere, and threw it at Frisk's face. They immediately shut up and glared at me. An amused smirk made its way onto my face. Then suddenly we ended up in a snowball fight. Both of us chucking the balls at each other like no tomorrow. We both fell on our backs into the snow out of breath. We looked at each other and bursted out laughing. We walked to the ruins, laughing.
