Waking up the next morning the first thing I looked at was Sander's black leather jacket. Yesterday was so much fun with him and I was looking forward to the next time.

I looked at my clock saw it was seven then rolled out of bed and got changed. I went downstairs and said good morning to my parents then took Mom's car to the local car wash.

"Hi Eddy."

"Ay Lexa!" Eddy exclaimed as he walked over to give me a hug.

"Need a wash?"

I smiled. "Not today. I actually had a favor to ask of you."

He raised an eyebrow. "And that is?"

"I want to have a car wash where all the proceeds go to saving the sharks."

He smiled. "I like the sound of that. Are your surfer pals gonna help you?"

"And some of my biker friends."

He stared at me like I was crazy. "Since when have you had biker friends?"

I folded my arms defensively. "Why is me having biker friends shocking?"

"Lexa you know surfers and bikers hate each other, it's no secret."

"Well I'm trying to change that."

"Good luck with that." He said as if he didn't believe for a second that I could make it happen.

"So does that mean we can use the car wash?" I asked hopeful.

He sighed. "Sure but if there is any fighting at all I'm shutting it down."

I saluted him. "Yes sir."

He shook his head like he was already regretting his decision.

We said goodbye and I was walking in my front door when I got a text.

"Get in a bathing suit and meet me outside your house in ten." It was from Sander.

I grinned as I ran upstairs and quickly changed. I said bye to both of my parents and walked out the door just in time for Sander to pull up.

"Hop on."

I skipped over to him, hopped on, and he took off. I knew now not to ask where we were going because he wasn't going to tell me. I enjoyed the ride and watched as we neared the docks. He parked and led me to a boat at the end of the dock. It was an average sized boat which I was excited for because it meant speed and fun riding the waves. We boarded the boat and he started untying us from the dock.

"'Hey Lexa I'm taking you on a boat.' Was that so hard to say?" I asked Sander.

He smirked. "Yes Lexa yes it was."

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever." I looked at him. "Thank you for taking me out on your boat."

He looked at me. "Anytime."

I smiled. "Great news."

"What?" He asked with an eyebrow cocked.

"I got the car wash for the bikers and surfers' save the sharks car wash."

He sighed. "I was hoping you weren't serious."

"Well I'm extremely serious so get ready pal."

He turned to me. "Let's make a deal."

"What's the deal?" I asked curious.

"We spend the whole day together today and not think or talk about anything surfer and biker related."

"Deal." I agreed.

He drove the boat with such ease I couldn't help but admire.

"Is there anything you can't drive?" I asked.
