Chapter 12

Arielle had been my best friend since forever and we didn't fight so this was weird for us but after I said goodbye to Sander I drove to her house and as soon as she answered the door she hugged me. We both started crying and apologizing profusely.

"Why are you apologizing I'm the one that accused you of making out with my boyfriend?" I asked shocked.

"I just can't imagine the pain you must have been through because of me."

"Ari you made a drunk mistake and you didn't know it'd be used to tell me lies this isn't your fault it's mine for not trusting you and Sander and for letting others poison my mind."

"I'm just so damn glad it wasn't truth and everything can go back to normal."

"I wouldn't say normal." I smirked.

She looked at me confused. "What do you mean."

"Bikers and surfers are friends now nothing is going to be the same anymore." I smiled and she smiled too.

"Normal's overrated anyway." She laughed which made me laugh as well.

"Isn't that the truth."

I held my breath and looked around at everyone. This was it a momentous step for our groups: the first ever combined beach day.

It was Luca who broke the silence as we had all just stared at the beach. In his Luca way he shouted. "Let's do this thing!" No one needed any extra encouragement everyone just ran onto the beach and set up camp.

So not only had the car wash and the unfortunate party been a hit but their mission to prove Sander's innocence had truly solidified the unity of bikers and surfers. It was so fun watching surfers teach the bikers how to surf and in the parking lot bikers were teaching surfers about their bikes. I felt like Cady Heron in Mean Girls but instead of girl world at peace it was finally the peace of surfers and bikers. 

No more fighting over the beach or anything else just fun under the sun. I loved the sound of that and watching the new reality we lived in. How Teen Beach Movie of us I know.
