Chapter 4 : Looking

Lilly's Pov

"Well that was fun, huh?" My dad asked opening my bedroom door

"I guess," I laughed

"Imma eat that cake, K?" He said now leaning on the door frame

"Okay" I laughed with him then he walked out and shut the door

The Jackson's left an hour ago

My dad ordered McDonalds and we ate it so fast

Now I'm sitting in my chair reading a book called Love Story; it's about a girl and a boy who meet and we can tell there's chemistry but they don't realize it till the last chapter

Yeah, this is my third time reading it... But it's so good!

I walked through the doors, and my eyes immediately locked on Jake

There was a sudden knock on my window

I leaned over and looked out

My eyes immediately locked on Nick

He was holding pebbles, why the shit does he have pebbles h

His eyes were on me now too

I got out of my chair and set down the book, then I opened my window

"Hey?" I said as more of a question

"What's up" He said and sat the pebbles down on his desk

"Not much..." I responded and then he climbed onto his window and sat on it, legs hanging out

I looked down to the ground a story down

"What you doin there?" I said looking back up at him

"Nothing, I'm bored" he said blankly

"So you want to talk to me?" I questioned, thinking about all of the people he has to talk too

"Yeah, why not?" He shrugged

"Well there's so many people you could be talking to right now, Nick Jackson." I leaned against my window frame

"You're right. What you reading?" He said looking into my room

"A book." I smiled

"Well, shit, no way." He smiled back

"So you go to Bridge Way?" (Our high school)

"I do," I replied

"I've never seen you around," he focused on my face

"Maybe you just weren't looking"

"Mmmm," he hummed and nodded his head

There was a ding inside his room

"Well I'll be looking" he said smiling and then he quickly got back into his room and shut his window

Then disappeared out of his bedroom door

Well that was interesting...

I'm kind of tired so I'm just going to sleep

I turned but then stared blankly at my unfinished bed

Ugh

"Dad!" I yelled

After a couple of seconds, he came in

"What's up"

"My bed."

"Alright." He said and then leaned over and grabbed the mattress

He put it together in like 5 minutes

As he was finishing, he picked up my sheets than looked at me

"Yo own ass can do these" he said throwing them at me then laughing and walking out

I shut my door and put the sheets and blankets nicely onto my bed

Then jumped in

I clicked on my Snapchat icon and my front camera was open

Yikes

Shit. I haven't brushed my teeth.

I got out of bed and walked out of my room to the bathroom at the end of the hall

I looked at myself in the mirror

I have long, straight, dirty blonde hair; which I got from my mom. I also got my moms white skin, but I go out enough to be tan... I got my dark blue eyes, long dark eyelashes, and butt from my dads side

My dads black so he's cool, my momma got too much drama and she dipped when I was 2

But I love my father

ANYWAYS

I brushed my teeth and quickly went back to bed

Once in bed, I again opened sc and went to the stories

I'm following a lot of people, including Nick, but everyone is sooo

I clicked on his story from 12 minutes ago
