Chapter 26

[Mitch's POV]

"So... who's this 'magical' friend of yours?" I ask.

"Well, she's a sorcerer."

"Sorry! I guess I hadn't properly introduced myself to you. I'm SetoSorcerer!" He smiles at us. I open my mouth to say something but no words come out.

"I'm Adam and this is Ty, Valerie, and Mitch." Adam says, gesturing to us as he says our name. I close my mouth and Seto walks closer to me. He looks at me and makes a 'Tsk' noise. Valerie looks at me, nervously.

"Mitch is your name?" I nod. Seto turns back to Adam. "You and him," He gestures to Ty, "are on the run and in love?" Adam looks aghast.

"How did you-"

"I'm a sorcerer."

"Mitch your zoning out again."

"Sorry." That time it was from my point of veiw. But... there was something different about that flashback. It's almost like it never happened, or will happen...

"Is your friend named Seto?"

"No," So it wasn't real. "Anyways, we'd better get going." He stepped outside and Adam and I got up and followed. Almost instantly, we were enveloped in a blue mist. I felt myself fading.

"Wait!" The mist disappeared. "What about Ty? And Jerome? We can't leave without them." Adam looks at me like he hadn't thought of that.

"Yeah. We can't leave our friends." Bashur sighs.

"I'll help you. Where are your friends?"

"That's the thing." I say. "We don't know.
