New Chapter: College Life

It's been a year since we started college, I couldn't believe it.

I wanted to become a writer so that's what I'm studying, Jordan is studying photography.

Cristina was three and talking like a big girl, she's a smart cookie.

And yes we're still engaged and very happy.

"I love how this story is looking." I squealed.

It's a story for our final project and one to graduate, they told us to start now cause even though it may look easy, reality is takes time and we have to be very original.

I had five chapters, but i already know what my story is about.

"Mommy, mommy." Cristina said taking me by surprise.

Yeah, this is the first time she calls me that. I just smiled.

"Yes, little princess."

"I want cookies."

"You got it." I said before going over to the kitchen.

As i was grabbing them, I felt two strong arms around my waist.

"Morning, baby girl."

"Morning, babe." I said turning around then gave him a quick kiss.

"Guess what just happened a minute ago?"

"What?"

"Cristina called me mommy." I said as his face lit up.

"That's awesome, how do you feel about it?"

"I wanted to cry, hearing her call me that was just, I can't even explain it but felt amazing. I love Cristina, our daughter." I said as he pulled me into a mind blowing kiss.

"You are the best person in this world, you just made me the happiest guy on earth." He said with the biggest smile.

"I love you twit."

"I love you more, baby girl." He said giving me one more kiss before we got interrupted.

"Mommy, my cookies." She said with a pout.

"Here they are, daddy just distracted me." I said as she giggled.

She walked to the living room to watch her series.

"By the way, how's your book coming?"

"I think it's going perfect, how about you tell me." I said as I gave him my phone so he could read.

I went to watch TV with Cristina till he was done with my story.

Cristina took a nap, I was left watching her cartoons, you watched them so much while having a toddler living with you, you get used to it.

"I think is awesome, and I love the main characters." He said with a smirk.

"What's the name of the story?" He asked.

"Complicated Love." I smiled.

"Fits it perfect." He said smiling.

"It does, and who knows maybe someone will acknowledge my work."
"They will, baby girl." He said wrapping his arms around me as i laid my head on his chest.

We stayed there watching cartoons, why? I don't know, maybe we low key like them.
