Chapter 6: You need me?

Jake's POV
It's been a week since I broke up with Carly and I'm honestly way happier. Erika and I have hung out a lot more and Kylee is starting to get to know everyone in Team 10 so much better. She finally met Alissa and Erika and Alissa hung out for a decent 10 hours. It's been really fun this week hanging out with Erika. She hasn't changed at all. I didn't tell the fans about her yet. Or Kylee. They are all guessing who they are but I'm not saying a thing. I'm just sitting in the living room when I hear the front door open.

Erika: Jake?

Jake: Rik! *hugs Erika* What's up?

Erika: *hugs back* Nothing much. I just wanted to see you.

Jake: Uhhh...is it bad?

Erika: Ehhhh.

Jake: What did I do? Did I do something wrong?

Erika: No it's not you. Your perfect just the way you are. It's me.

Jake: It's you that did something wrong? I highly doubt that.

Erika: Well I did and I need you.

Jake: You need me?

Erika: That came out wrong. I need your help.

Jake: Oh...Well what do you need?

Erika: Basically I don't have money and I don't start my job until next month and I know you probably don't understand because your a millionaire but-

Jake: Of course I understand.

Erika: You do?

Jake: Totally.

Erika: You're the best. *hugs*

Jake: *hugs back*

Erika's POV
I don't know why but I felt safe with Jake. Like...nothing could hurt me and there's nothing that could bring me down. It's a feeling I haven't had for a while.

Jake: Listen...you don't have to but...I have an extra room that you can have and one for Kylee too.

Erika: Jake...

Jake: I'm serious. I want to be able to see you guys everyday. You guys are my everything and you driving all the way here just to see me makes your money situation worse.

Erika: I know....

Jake: Just...think about it. Okay?

Erika: I will...

Jake: Where's Kylee by the way?

Erika: Tessa's watching her. I figured we could have the day to hang out by ourselves.

Jake: Really?

Erika: Really.

Jake: That's really cool. So...what should we do first?

Erika: *looks at Jake* What do you think?

Jake: Hmmm. Either food or movie.

Erika: You know me so well.

Jake: How bout both?
