*At the house*
Jake: Okay Rik. We're home. *looks at Erika*
Erika: *asleep*
Jake: *smiles slightly and gets out of the car* looks like I'm carrying you in. *picks up Erika bridal style*
Jake walks into the house with Erika in his arms
Angel: There you 2 are!
Jake: Hey. I'm going to go put her up in her room. Is that ok?
Angel: Of course.
Jake: Thanks. *walks upstairs and walks into Erika's room and lays Erika in her bed under the covers.* Night Rik.
Erika: *sleepily* Can you stay?
Jake: Are you sure?
Erika: *nods*
Jake: Okay. *goes under the blankets*
Erika: Thanks. Night Paul.
Jake: Night Costell.
Erika: *falls asleep*
Jakes POV
What did I just do? I can't just tell her I like her now after 2 years! Can I? No I can't. Ugh this is so confusing. And what about the fans. Erika doesn't want anyone to know about her or Kylee. But I want them to know how much they mean to me. I'll think about this tomorrow.
And just like that, Jake was asleep
*The next morning*
Kylee: *opens door* MOMMY! DADDY! WAKEE UP!
Jake: *wakes up*
Erika: *wakes up*
Jake: Come here goofball!
Kylee: *runs to the bed and jumps on it*
Jake: *picks up Kylee* Now What does the big Kylee Paul want to tell us?
Kylee: Grandma said me going mini golf!
Jake: Mini golf huh? I was the best at that! Right Rik?
Erika: In your dreams. I beat daddy every time.
Kylee: *laughs* Weally?!
Erika: Yup.
Jake: Ok that's it. *tickles Erika*
Erika: *laughing* Stop! Stop Jake!
Jake: Tell Her Im better at mini golf!
Erika: Daddy is better at mini golf!
Jake: And that's how you get your way with mommy.
Kylee: *laughs*
Erika: I forgot how ticklish i am.
Jake: I didn't. *laughs*
Angel: I hope you don't mind me taking her. She really wanted to go.
Erika: No not at all. It would be good for her too.
Angel: Ok. Let's go Ky.
Kylee: Ok! Bye Mommy and Daddy!
Erika: Bye munchkin!
Jake: Bye Princess.
Kylee: *closes the door*
Jake: So....What should we do today?
Erika: Wait What?
Jake: Come on. You didn't think we were going to hang out in our home town?! We could go to the arcade, the lake, or go out to eat at our favorite pizza place...
Jerika: Tony's Pizza!
Erika: *laughs*
Jake: There's the laugh I love.
Erika: *smiles*
Jake: *smiles* Get up Costell! We're getting out of this house.
Erika: Ugh fineee.
Jake: See...I always win.
Erika: Do not!
Jake: Do too!
Erika: Do not!
Jake: Do too!
Erika: *laughs* We are literally acting like Kylee.
Jake: Now I know where she gets it from. Now get changed!
Erika: Do you have a change of clothes?
Jake: Oh. Forgot about that.
Erika: *tosses Jake's old sweatshirt* I stole it from you.
Jake: That's where it went!
Erika: *laughs* Now get out so I can get changed!
Jake: Awww Fine.
Erika: *smiles*
*10 minutes later*
Jake: Erikaaaa!
Erika: *upstairs* Jakeeee.
Jake: Come on I want to go!
Erika: *running down stairs* Shut your yaps! Where are we even going?
Jake: First we shall get Starbucks because I know it's your favorite. Then we will go to the arcade. Then we will go back to my old house, then the last thing is a surprise.
Erika: Oooh I love surprises!
Jake: I know. I've only known you for 4 years. *smiles*
Erika: Hey! My jeep is here!
Jake: Hmm. That's odd.
Erika: Did you go get it?
Jake: I may have texted someone to.
Erika: Want to drive?
Jake: Nah. You can.
Erika: I was hoping you say that cause I love this car. *laughs*
Jake: Haha. Start driving Costell.
Erika: To Starbucks!
Jake: To Starbucks! *laughs*
And in this moment...Jake was truly happy for the first time in 2 years...
