Soon, Wolverine, Nebula, Rocket, Spider-Man, Uatu, The Defenders, and The Avengers were on the planet where Thanos and Mephisto were residing in. The Titan and The Devil smiled evilly. "This ends now Thanos!" Nomad shouted. "Indeed, it does," said Thanos. He nodded at Mephisto, and the Devil snapped his fingers. An army of his Hellhounds then rose out of the ground. "Those are some ugly motherfuckers," quipped Luke. "We're going to have to go through them, aren't we?" Spider-Man asked, gulping. "Probably," said Iron Man. "And I thought this wouldn't be fun," said Wolverine. "If we survive this, I'm going to need a drink," said Jessica, "or four." Daredevil then got out his batons. Iron Fist's Chi then began to glow. Scott then grew 60 feet tall, becoming Giant Man. Wolverine's claws then popped out.
"Hulk smash monsters!" yelled Hulk. Everyone then charged. Iron Man, Black Widow, War Machine, Nebula, and Rocket blasted at the Hounds of Hell with their stingers, repulser blasts, and various guns. Daredevil whacked the Hellhounds with his batons. Spider-Man used his powers to fight the Hellhounds. Nomad, Hulk, Luke, Jessica, and Iron Fist used their strength to punch the Hellhounds. Captain Marvel blasted at the Hellhounds with her Kree powers. Thor used his Stormbreaker to kill the Hellhounds. Giant Man squished the Hellhounds. And Wolverine went berserk. He slashed, impaled, disemboweled, and beheaded his opponents. Uatu watched all this, recording what could be the most important event of them all. Thanos and Mephisto observed the carnage before them.
It was The Wolverine that caught the interest of Thanos. Perhaps he could use him. Thanos snapped his fingers, and time stopped. Everyone froze. Everyone but Thanos and Wolverine. At first, Logan was confused. "The hell is this?" he asked, looking at his frozen teammates. "Time has stopped for now," explained Thanos as he looked at the mutant, "what is seconds for them will be longer for us. I simply wish to talk, Logan."
