To me, you’re like an evergreen tree
The one I can visit whenever I’m feeling down
So strong, tall, and supporting to me
You could always take out my frown
Looking ever so bright and greenish
What a sight you are in June
Your leaves rustle me a comforting tune
A soft, sweet melody to cherish
Filled with charming scents of fine greens
The most faithful friend I ever had
From you, jovial shimmers are to be seen
All thanks to you, this life wasn’t all that bad
