I sat on the blencher there
Mouth agape, and stared
Ahead at the crowd
Growing increasingly loud
Cheerleaders were doing routines
Swishing skits could be seen
Player got on the field
Flashily quick and skilled
Onlookers screamed and shouted
Encouraging words were what they mouthed
But as for one girl namely me,
I am quiet as can be
My eyes were stuck t on him
And tears had started to brim
Panging hurt moved through my chest
This game like a torturing test
Kicked the ball and scored
Triumph yells shook the floor
To him, one cheerleader ran
Her flying hair of golden sand
She turned to me and sneered
Motionless, I simply teared
Lips form the word, S’up, bitch
Before they faced and dipped a kiss
I have loved him all along
Like a lame heartbroken song
She’s my former best friend, how unfair
And she knew, but didn’t care
