The Pathfinder's Commitment
(An Essay)"The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." Ronald Reagan approached. Leaders have their own duties and resposibilities and one of their greatest duty is what Ronald Reagan stated, that is to make people do greatest things, as a leader, he should inspire people to do their goals in life.
Another Leader's Duty is to took a bigger part of the blame but lesser part on the credits. As the leader, he must show to his team what is the true meaning of "humility", that even though greatest things are achieved, he should stay his feet to the ground.
His greatest responsibility is to catch his falling member on a team and lead him back to its goal. He must not reprimand them for their failures, instead he should give them an advise that it is normal to commit a shortcomings.
I must remember that being a leader doesn't mean I hold a crown on my head, instead I will think of it as a heavy but a prestigious treasure chest carried on my back through out the journey of reaching goals.
