On The Road

"we should probably go to the army base, that's what the news recommended" namjoon turns his body to face Jin

Jackson and Lisa had fallen asleep on me about an hour ago, we've been just driving around the city for at least 2 hours

We haven't come across any people or even any dead at all, which creeps me out a little

I wonder where everyone has gone in such little time

"okay but it's going to take a while, maybe 12 hours if we are lucky" Jin replies, tapping the wheel a little

12 hours?

I can't sit in a cramped car for that long

"I need a map, we need to find all possible routes just In case the main highway is blocked" namjoon turns to his window and begins to look around

What is he doing?

"well we need to stop at a gas station anyway maybe we will find one" Jin sighs a little, he looks very frustrated

Should I ask if he's okay?

"hey, are you okay?" I say in a soft tone

He looks at me through the mirror and smiles weakly

"yeah I'm fine, how are you  holding up?"

"I'm doing the best I can, for these guys, they need me right now and I can't afford to break down" I look at Lisa and Jackson

Seungmin looks okay, the boys have done a good job of keeping him together

"fair enough but you shouldn't keep feelings to yourself, it's not good for you" Jin replies

I do a small nod and look out the window

Namjoon leans forward while squinting

"the gas station is just up here" he says

Jin let's out a sigh of relief and speeds up a little

We pull up onto the gas station and All the boys jump out, leaving me trapped between Lisa and Jackson

Jackson stirs awake and looks around

"where are we?" he says in his sleepy voice

God, can he get any better?

"we are still in Seoul, at a gas station" I say, my voice still a little scratchy from crying

He nods a little

"how long have I been asleep?" he asks, confused

"about and hour" I shrug, no big deal

"oh uhm sorry for squashing you" he half chuckles

"it's fine," my face heating up a little

He chuckles a little, V knocks on the window while making faces, waking Lisa up

We laugh and jump out the car

"we need to find a map and find all possible routes to the army base" Namjoon says while walking towards the store

We follow him

"why the army base?" jungkook asks while catching up with him

"I don't know, I just saw it on the news" he replies while shrugging

"right" jungkook says, very confused

We walk into the store to see that it's a complete mess, there's stuff all over the floor and the cash register was empty
