05. Something Wrong?

The concert was about halfway through and both Harry and I were still conversing. I loved how easy it was to talk to him and honestly, I loved to hear the boy just speak. His words were slow and steady yet deep and I almost swoon every time I would hear him open his mouth. I have yet to think about Luke or even pay attention to him most of the time. I have barely been watching the concert even. Harry just took my mind off of Luke, and that was exactly what I needed. Harry just changed course where my current road was of falling for someone that won't fall for you in return.

I decide to look up at the boys and watch their current concert, since that's what we were actually here for and I see Luke already staring at me. They were in the middle of Wherever You Are and Calum was currently singing his solo. Luke had a cold glare that I could surprisingly see from our distance. Why was he looking at me like that? I didn't do anything to him. But when he turned his eyes to Harry beside me that's was when I understood. He was indeed, pissed.

By the time their concert was over, we bid our farewells to Nate and Harry, and when he hugged me I made sure Luke was watching. Of course I'm not using Harry, I have real feelings for the boy, but toying around with Luke was kinda fun. I mean if he was jealous, why would he tell me he had no feelings for me? None of this made sense, yet his eyes confirmed he must of felt something for me. If he didn't why would he care that I was with another guy?

"Soooo, what did ya think? He's a real stud" Lilly hip bumped me, as we were walking back to our car in the parking lot.

And when I smiled, she knew.

"Yes, I told you! Call me the matchmaker!" She exclaimed, letting every one in the damned park know.

"Okay shhh" I tried to quiet her down. "But thanks Lil"

"Of course! Now you wanna come back to mine?" She asked, as we reached her car.

"Sure"

When we arrived at her house with slushies in our hands since me and Lilly made a quick stop to a 7 Eleven and to my house to grab my things since I'm staying over tonight, there was a van that occupied the other half of Lilly's driveway. Shit. Of course Luke would be there, it's his own home. I seriously did not think this through. Well, my plan of avoiding him just got paused.

We walked up to her front door, and opened it, since it was already unlocked. And of course when she did open it, Luke, and the boys were all playing FIFA on his couch. Except Ashton, who was raiding the fridge.

Calum was the first person to notice our arrival. "Hey Lilly, hey Rosie" He chirped, walking over. He pulled me into a giant bear hug. "I haven't seen you in so long. Oh and I've been practicing at Mario Kart, and I must say, I've made a great deal of progress. Maybe I actually stand a chance against you and Luke now" He laughed, pulling away.

"Ha ha maybe" I smiled awkwardly. Calum used to occasionally come over while me and Luke would have our ritual of playing Mario Kart, yet every time me Luke and I would always dominate. Mario Kart just suddenly brought up the memory of Luke and I's first kiss, and judging by the look on Luke's face it did for him too.

Suddenly thinking of that memory, I was brought out of it when I felt two arms wrap around me from behind. When I looked down to see two pairs of muscular arms I knew it was Ashton.

"Hey Rosie!" He greeted from behind me. I turned around to look at Ash, "Hey, did your hair get curlier?" I questioned, playing with his dirty blonde hair.

"Actually, I think it did" He giggled. So many of his fans love Ash for his giggle. He looks like a complete man, but that's completely thrown out the window when you hear the boy giggle.

I noticed that Michael actually paused the game when he practically attacked me in a hug. "God dammit we missed you so much Rosie, you should've ditched school to come on the road with us"

I just laughed. "Yeah, because my mom would of totally let me miss four months of school to come on tour with you"

He just sighed in annoyance. But then I heard Luke chime in. "Hey, Rosie" Just those simple words that he spoke could have made me loose my mind, yet I remained in control. He gave a quick glance in my direction then looked down at his hands.

"Hey" I breathed. I could practically feel the awkward tension build up in the room, yet the other boys, and Lilly, didn't seem to notice. Then I suddenly felt a buzz through the front pocket of my jeans, signalling my phone just received a text. "Oh my gosh I bet that's Harry!" Lilly spoke up in excitement, and suddenly Luke's eyes shot up to mine, and they were opened wide, shocked.

"Oh yeah, I'l just open that up lat-" But my sentence was cut off when Lilly abruptly took my phone from my pocket and opened the text for me.

She glanced at my phone for a brief minute before a creepy looking smile etched it's way onto her face. "He wants you to come to his baseball game tomorrow night and hang out afterward!"

And with that, Luke stormed up the stairs and slammed his bedroom door shut.

When confusion made an appearance on Lilly's face she spoke again. "Okay, what the fuck was that about?"

With us on the couch watching one of the Scream movies, and Luke still in his bedroom, I was starting to grow bored. I desperately wanted to talk to him and have him confess that he is in fact jealous, but honestly I'm too nervous to. I dismiss myself from the living room to visit the bathroom since I have to go and I make my way up the stairs. When i finish my business, wash my hands and fix my hair, I open the door to suddenly see Luke. "Can we talk?"

I decided I wasn't going to give into him so easily. "And why?" I crossed my arms over my chest.

"Because we need to" He stated like it was obvious.

"I don't think we do" I said, not budging. He groaned, and suddenly took my hand, pulling me in his direction.

"God dammit Rosie, come on" he sighed, pulling me towards his bedroom.

Hiiii i hoped you liked this chapter and I'm sorry for any mistakes i made, I don't think i reviewed it very well. But so yeah, feedback would be great!
