Hey!
I looked behind me to see a raven-haired girl running after me.
You didn’t wait for me at the school gate like usual? She had huffed out accusingly when she reached me.
I willed my brain to remember this girl and then I remembered, Ivy? I asked cautiously.
She punched my arm in annoyance, who else, doofus? You are so going to buy me a drink later when you walk me home so to make up for making me wait for you. She grumbled as we walked to class.
Oh, so this is Ivy. I let out a relieved sigh. She heard it.
You okay? She asked; her delicate brows knitting together.
Yeah.
She took my hand and squeezed it comfortingly, Don’t fucking lie to me turd, she said with a little smile.
I smiled back at her in amusement. Now, I remember why I fell in love with her.
