I stepped back a bit, my brain was filled with thoughts and my heart flooded with emotions.
The guy I almost dated over the summer, the guy I loved- we'll still do, was standing right in front of me.
How was I supposed to react?
Maybe i should shout at him, then scream in his face.... yeah that works.
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE!"
Nah that doesn't feel right.
Oh maybe tears would cleanse my soul! "I-I missed you sOOoo muCH!" I collapsed into his arms, wiping my tears on his oh so familiar hoodie.
NAh this isn't it either....
I stopped wailing and wiped away my tears. Thinking for a moment, what emotion do I feel right now?
I got it.
I hugged him, a real true genuine fucking hug.
"I missed you loser."
His grip around me tightened, not in a bad way, in a 'I'll never let you go again' way. It felt nice, and comforting.
"I missed you more cunt waffle."
I was happy.
