The daze was suddenly broken by muffled shouting, right behind where the Muzza's were seating, one of the goons had managed to get it out before the cops could shut him up. Making  the four men turn, and what a scene awaited them. Behind them were their men all face down with police officers everywhere, some almost on them.
Alane sprang to action, she attacked the man seated next to her, elbow to the neck then a knee to the face, knocking him out. Then she quickly grabbed for the fruit basket she had been carrying and keeping close, inside held her gun. Meanwhile Muzza Jr had recovered rather fast from the shock compared to his companions, responding by kicking the pot towards Alane, then grabbing for the only weapon available to him, the knife on the cocaine trays.
Alane managed to dodge the pot by diving away but lost her gun in the hustle. When she looked up, her three main suspects were disappearing through a side door she didn't know was there, it seemed Muzza Jr knew this place better than they did. She frantically searched for her gun in the pile of limps, fruits and the spilled content of the pot, finding it then following.
She momentarily stilled, finding four bodies sprayed on her path, three were her agents who were bleeding out from well placed stab wounds on their necks and body, the fourth was the gangsters on the Muzza's table, gunshot wounds all over him. She knew they were dead, she wondered how long she had been down maybe she would have stopped this.
She now moved even faster as she entered the secret door and followed a narrow hallway. Covering some distance at this pace, she heard gunshots ahead, she slowed a bit and moved in a rational pace, coming out to a huge balcony cluttered with A.c systems. She quickly run towards one, her head down, managing to get behind it as bullets rained on the door frame where she had emerged. Looking around she saw some agents were already there hiding like she was. One pointed at the far end where the Muzza's were hidding behind a low wall, a barricade constracted for safety reasons indicating the end of the balcony. They were the ones shooting at anything that moved. They were cornered.
