Stupid Prince, Caring Prince?

"I can't do it..!" I yelled in frustration and then I stomped my foot. "Aw, come on dear. Be calm and try it again or do you want me to help you?" The annoying prince Jack said with a smile. "No, you're just going to hold me in an embarrassing way again..!" I grumbled and then I huffed. He simply laughed at my attitude towards him, the stupid prince with his perfect laugh which sounds like music in my ears... Wait... Ewww! What am I saying?! I meant his annoying bad sounding laugh! I shivered slightly in disgust by what I just thought and then I slowly tried to focus again. I groaned when nothing happened again. "This is stupid..! I just can't do it..!" I yelled, hearing a sound coming from a window. "Wow... Just the third one today... Keep going like this and the castle has no windows anymore..." James mumbled when he looked at the crack that had appeared on the window. I blushed slightly, feeling embarrassed and I bit my lip. Maria and Jack frowned, only Maria seemed to do something about it. She once again whacked the top of his head. "Be quiet James..!" She told him.

I've learnt that James is Maria's fiancé, but she can't marry him yet because she pretty young. I was pretty shocked to hear that, because she looked like she was at least eighteen, but that's probably because she's pretty much mature and she simply looks mature. She's fifteen and he's nineteen, she has to wait at least a year before she could marry him. According to Jack, the two are basically already acting like they are married already, but Maria is kind of growing inpatient. Well, that's what I've heard from some people..

"Stop making him feel bad, it's not his fault he was raised without any training to control his powers..!" "Oh please Maria..! If he's really a man he can take such a comment..!" He mumbled and then he looked away. "You can be a heartless man, James." She said with a huff and walked away. James sighed and then he walked after her. "Come on Maria... Don't be like this, sweetheart." He said almost sweetly. She seemed to ignore him and he continued to follow her. "You know I love you." He said and I heard them talking until they were out of sight. I looked at Jack and he shrugged. "That happens often, don't mind it." He said and then he wrapped his arm around my neck.

"You shouldn't take the things James say too serious... He really he can be a jerk sometimes, but he just don't know you well enough yet." He said and then he patted my head. I frowned slightly, I know I shouldn't be bothered by James, after all I'm used to people who are rude to me... Yet because all the other people seem to be okay with me and treat me like they would treat everyone else it's kind of weird that James isn't like that. Perhaps he just has some troubles with trusting me or he simply wants Jack to be safe. I sighed and then I nodded. "You're probably right." I mumbled softly. "Don't worry about it love, he will simply turn around soon and he will help you. Besides he just knows you for a week." He told me and then he hugged me. I blushed and looked irritated. "Let go of me..." I muttered and then he chuckled. "Alright love." He whispered into my ear before he gently stopped hugging me.

I had to try to move an object with my power, because they told me that was the basic, but it simply didn't work for me... The stupid prince once again suggested something stupid, making me yell at him some more making the crack in the window even bigger. I frowned and then I turned my back to him. "I can't do it, I won't be able to do it." I muttered and then I sighed. "You won't be able to do it if you keep thinking low of yourself, that's the only problem." He suddenly said seriously to me. I frowned even more now. "Are you kidding me..?! How on earth can I be thinking something high about myself?! I'm pathetic, weak, an outcast!" I yelled and the he frowned slightly concerned. "You're not, not anymore." He said. I shook my head in anger and sadness. "Face it, I'll always be an outcast!" I yelled, making the window break completely. The glass fell down, making some deep cuts on my skin. Jack looked in horror when he saw the blood rolling down from the cuts. I blinked for a moment. "I thought I wasn't able to harm myself." I suddenly felt a smirk appearing on my face. "You can't, this only happened because you weren't trying to harm yourself." He said and then he walked closer to me, looking at the deep cuts. "They need to be treated... It could get infected." He said and tried grab my hand, but I slapped his hand away. "Stay away from me..!" I yelled and I tried to get away from him, by running down a hallway, but that stupid sprinted after me and caught me easily. "Are you crazy..? You shouldn't do those things." He said and then I tried to struggle free. "Not going to happen, love." He said and then he picked me, carrying me like he was carrying a sac of potatoes over his shoulder. "H-hey..! Put me down..!"
