Y/n's POV —————
"So, what is it like.. you know... with a tail?"
Lance laughed.
"You mean.. this!?"
He flipped his tail out of the water, slashing you in the process.
"Lance! Y-yes, that is what I meant!"
I laughed and saw his face brighten up with a pink dust that tented his cheeks. He sneaked back into the water smiling cutely.
Yes, I grew a little crush on him...
"Hello...? Y/N!!!"
I flinched. I must of spaced out...
"I'm sorry! I spaced out!"
"It's ok!"
He blushed darkly.
"I just wanted to... never-mind.."
Lance looked away. I could see his blush darken, if that was even possible. He kept glancing at me and then looking down.
I had a hunch...
"Lance..."
Once he looked up, my lips met his. I slowly went down into the water with him. Our lips were in action and perfectly match each others pace. I pulled back.
I laughed.
"So, you do like me?"
He blushed bright red and rubbed his neck.
"Maybe..."
I couldn't help but laugh more. Quickly, I pecked him on the lips.
"W-would you be mine?"
I looked up hopefully and fidgeted with my swimsuit. When I looked up, I was met with his sunny smile.
"Of course!"
And that's how I fell in love with the most beautiful merman!
