With the laughter still circling in my head, I shoot up, covered in sweat and breathing heavy.
"Kat?" I whisper out.
Tell the alpha Winter. She demands and I shoot out of bed, heading straight for the pack house, not caring that I was still wearing my pyjamas and sporting some horrific bed hair.
I hurry to the alphas office and let myself right in, forgetting what knocking even is.
As soon as he sees me, he's on his feet.
"Winter..." he says, urging me to say what I have to say.
"They're coming for me." Is all I can get out of my mouth but it seems to be all that is needed for him to spring into action.

I'm now sat in the pack meeting room, surrounded be every warrior including the head warrior, with the exception of the warriors on patrol.
I'm wrapped in a blanket to try and contain my trembling as my mum rubs my arm comfortingly.
"I have called you all here today to discuss something extremely important." The alpha starts, every set of eyes stuck to him, including mine.
"Winter turned eighteen yesterday but with that, not only did she become her wolf, but she became a target." He says, confusing everyone in the room.
"The moon goddess has given Winter the power of visions into the near future. And maybe more, we have yet to find out just how far her power spreads." This causes gasps and whispers to erupt throughout.
Once he gathers everyone's attention once again, he continues. "Now, someone has overheard us finding out and has taken the information to who we can only assume is the leader of a group of rogues. Because of this, we are doubling the patrol and Winter will be guarded by Jared and Billy at all times." He says and two men, who I assume are Jared and Billy, stand up and make their way to stand behind me.
The alpha goes through some more details before excusing everyone back to their duties.
I turn to face my new guards and smile shyly at them.
They smile back and one on the left with blonde hair, sticks his hand out towards me. "I'm Jared." He says politely and I meet his hand with mine, nodding towards him.
The one with dark brown hair who I now know as Billy, greets me the same way and the three of us make our way to the living room in the pack house and spend the next two hours getting to know each other, laughing and joking around, when it hits me.
The white hue fills my vision.
I see Rogues circling the outskirts of our territory, keeping out of the line of vision of the warriors on patrol, skilfully, scoping out the grounds before running back into the forest.
When the hue leaves my vision, I see Jared and Billy looking at me with shocked expressions.
"Winter, your eyes just turned white!!" Billy exclaims as if it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen.
"Was that a vision Winter?" Jared asks, taking the hint of what my eyes turning white could mean and I nod. "What did you see?" He asks.
"The rogues are scoping out the pack grounds from afar for some reason." I say, trying to figure out why.
"I mind linked the alpha what you saw and he says he'll inform the warriors." Jared says and I nod my head, not saying anything, slowly laying my head down on a pillow on the sofa, resting my feet in Billy's lap, who's sat on the other side of the sofa and fall asleep with scar guys laugh circling my mind again.
