"She's been out for days now Luka, we're losing precious time." I hear a voice harshly whisper as I begin to come back to reality.
"Well you moron, looks as if your prayers have been answered, she's waking up." Another voice speaks.
I remember the first one from when that cloth was forced on my mout- wait...
I force myself to sit up and try to shift but I'm suddenly being thrown back by something around my neck.
Voice number one chuckles. "Nice try sweetheart, but with that silver collar on, you won't be shifting any time soon." An evil smirk covers his face causing me to growl with as much aggression as possible which only makes them both cackle with laughter.
"What do you want with me." I bite out, trying to appear threatening, only they don't look at all intimidated.
"Straight to the point. I like you." Luka, whom I remember from my vision with the scar on his face, states causing my to growl lowly. "Well you see, a little birdie told us that you possess one of the moon goddesses powers which as you may have guessed; no one else in the werewolf community possesses which makes you very valuable." He says, slowly pacing in front of me.
"And you believed them?" I say with a breathy chuckle to try and make them question themselves. "I mean, that's a bit of a stretch don't you think?"
"I'll admit, we didn't fully believe it was possible since it's never happened before." He says and I gather that slither of hope happily only for it to get crushed. "But your lack of confusion as to why you'd been kidnapped in the first place gave us all the proof we needed that you saw we were coming." He bends over to get to my face level from where I'm sat on the floor and smirks.
My anger skyrockets at how smug he looks and I glare at him.
"And what about it?" I spit at him trying not to look as scared as I really am.
"And my dear, your little visions mean that you're going to be a great help to us." When I don't reply he continues. "You can see which packs are planning what. You can see who's venturing a little too close to our hideout. You can help us plan the perfect time for us to attack." He says with a smirk but it falls off of his face and is replaced with confusion when he hears my laughter.
"What are you laughing at?" He asks only making me laugh harder.
I finally calm down and reopen my eyes to look at his anger covered face. "Yeah, I ain't doing shit." I say with a slight giggle.
That's what it takes for a painful sting to cover my left cheek which whips my face to the right.
I cradle my cheek with my hand delicately and look at Luka in disbelief. Never before in my life had I been slapped. I don't know what he thought he'd achieve from that but if possible, it only backed up my decision to not do shit for him even harder.
"And now there's not a chance in hell I'm doing whatever it is you're asking of me, prick." I spit harshly at him which results in a swift kick to my stomach.
He crouches down so he can get in my face from where I'm curled up in a ball on the concrete floor, gasping for breath.
"Actually," he starts, grabbing a fistful of my hair and pulling me up causing me to unintentionally scream in pain. "The only thing there's not a chance in hell of, is you not helping us. Because if you don't, you can consider what just happened as a fun little walk in the park compared to what's going to happen to you. So if I were you, I'd cooperate." He seethes right in my ear making me flinch.
He then throws me down to the floor and goes back to stand where he previously was.
"Here's how it's going to go; every time you get a vision, you will tell us exactly what happened. If you lie, you will be punished. If you don't tell us, you will be punished. Understood?" I don't answer him and apparently that means I get another lovely kick to the gut, this time causing tears to stream down my face as I cough, which I try not to let him see.
"Understood?!" He shouts in my face and I nod vigorously. "Glad we've come to an agreement."
He stands to his full height once again and goes to leave.
"Stand outside her door, make sure she doesn't try anything." He says to voice number one, who I'd forgotten was here.
As I hear the door slam and lock behind them both, I finally let the pain consume my body and shut down.
