He did not speak, more so, he couldn't. Like a fire was burning the walls of his throat, or it was his stomach that was filled with shooting stars erupting in his space. The words never came out because Asahi couldn't speak when his eyes gazed into yours.
Perhaps, words were useless. Maybe Asahi didn't need to speak, maybe you didn't need to either. Maybe it was the adrenaline that spoke to him, like his shooting stars that erupted in his stomach was unconsciously telling him to do it. So he did it. Asahi kissed you and god did it feel right.
Asahi leans back with his fingers on your cheek; sketching a work of art. Your lips tingles with fire, mirroring Asahi's throat that burn in flames. But your mind, it was filled with shooting stars. Like the universe inside you was the same with Asahi; a space in which gravity pulled together. You see, that's when it hit you. It was only then did you fully understood the kiss you both shared.
