Jaiden x Reader: Surprise

You and Jaiden been together for 3 years. You was there when she had 100,000 subscribers. She was there when you came out to your family. You was there when she had an eating disorder and helped her recover. Y'all was there for everything but wasn't in a relationship until you graduated from college a year early and on the same day.

You two been through it all. One day while animating, Jaiden felt two arms around her torso. "Hello Beautiful~" You greeted, kissing her cheek. "Hello Gorgeous. How have you been?" "Good, just tired." Jaiden rolls her eyes. "You slept like a baby last night. How are you tired?" "I don't know." Ari fly in the room, landing on your shoulder.

"Hey Ari, how's my special bird?" You pet his head with your finger. The bird chirps in responding. The two of you laugh at the bird as Ari fly out to his cage. "That's one interesting bird." You comment. "But we love him." Jaiden added.

"I was thinking since our three year anniversary is coming up, I was thinking about this nice restaurant we can go and then head to the arcade." You said. Jaiden stopped animating and look at you. "Sure, as long as I get to spend time with my favorite person." "You know they don't allow birds, right?" You point at Ari. Jaiden rolls her brown eyes."You know who I meant." You giggle and let go of Jaiden. "I'm going out for a second. Want anything?" Jaiden shake her head. "Alright, I'll be back."

Jaiden animate for a minute and took a break. She call her friend James for help. "Hello?" "James, I don't know if I can do this." "Do what?" "The thing!" "Oh, don't you love the girl?" "I do, but I'm scared what she might say." Jaiden dig into her pockets and gets out a Violet box. "You two been together for three years and was there for each other when y'all had your ups and downs. I don't think she'll say no." Jaiden sigh. "I hope not." "She won't. Now I have to go. I'll call you later." "Alright, Bye."

The brunette trailed her fingers around the box and thought about all the outcomes. As she was in deep thoughts, Jaiden heard the door opened and closed. She quickly put the box back into her pocket and begin drawing again. "I'm home!" "Hey, what did you get?" "Nothing much, just some snacks." You answered."Can I get some?" Jaiden asked. "Sure. I'll be the bedroom if you need me." You left the room, leaving Jaiden alone again. 'I hope this work.'

The day finally came, Your anniversary. The two of you said happy anniversary and gave each other a present. You got Jaiden the Nintendo Switch, and Jaiden got you (item). You thanked each other and got dress for the day. Jaiden wore a purple and black dress with leggings and you wore a dress/pant with your hair in a (hairstyle).

Y'all went to the restaurant first and ate. As you get your food, Jaiden thought when's the perfect time to asked. She didn't know if she should do it now or later. "Jaiden, I was thinking about going by the lake after the arcade." You suggested. 'The lake, perfect!' "Sure! That sounds great."

After paying for your meals, you two went down to the arcade and play some games. As you was playing a game, you notice a child getting teased from older kids. You hate kids picking on each other so you stepped in. "Hey! Why you messing with this girl?" You interfered. "She cheated on the basketball game." "I did not!" The girl cry out. "And she won't give us our tickets." You calm everyone down and look at the petite girl.

"Did you cheat on the game?"You asked politely.She shake her head. "Okay, did you steal their tickets. She slowly nodded her head. "You can't steals people stuff. What if they stolen your stuff?" The girl look on the ground. "I'm sorry." "Give them back their tickets." The girl went over to them and hand them back their tickets. "Thank you!" The kids left, leaving the girl. "Here's some tokens to play , kid. If I caught you stealing again, I want my tokens back understand?" The girl nodded her head "Thank you!" She gave you a hug and ran off to play.

"That's was real nice of you." Jaiden said. "Yeah. Did you win anything?" "I won this bear!" Jaiden show off. "Lucky!" You pouted. "Anyway, you ready to go to the lake?" "Yeah, lets go."

The drive to the lake was nerve racking for Jaiden. She did her best to stay collected. You stop at the lake and park. It was evening, which means the sun was setting. And the lake captures the perfect sunset.
You two went by the dock and look at the beautiful sunset.

"You know what this remind me of?" You said"The day you asked me out and kissed me." Jaiden remember the moment and her cheeks begin to flustered. "I remember too. We been through it all together." "Yeah and I wouldn't wanna be with anyone else during that time." Jaiden heart begin to beat fast, her face was turning red, and her legs felt like jello.

"Yeah, and I wanna be there for your ups and down together." You look at Jaiden. "Y/n, you are one of the most important person in my life and you help me when I was in my worst state. You care about people, you want the best, and I'm happy to say that's I'm your girlfriend and hopefully something more." Jaiden bent down on one knee as she gets out the box. "Y/F/N, will you make me the happiest person in the world and marry me?" You felt tears coming down your face and smile hard. "Yes! A thousand time yes,Jaiden!"

You hugged Jaiden and put on the ring. "It's beautiful. Even prettier than this ring." You pull out a black box and open it to see a diamond ring. "Y/n...You was gonna propose to me too?" "Yes! I love you so much I can't even describe it. And I wanna be with you so, will you marry me?" Jaiden nodded her head rapidly. "Yes!" You put the ring on her small finger. Jaiden gives you a short but tender kiss and wrap her arms around your waist as you two continue to watch the sunset.
