Jaiden x Reader: Halloween

I gather up all of the snacks I brought at the store today and put them on the table. Tomorrow is Halloween and I'm excited.  This is the holiday I look forward every year besides Christmas and my birthday. My phone ring on the counter and I look at my Caller ID, Jaiden🤪💕💍. I formed a smile and answered.

"Hello," I announce on the phone, putting up the juices and snacks. "Hey, love. How are you," Jaiden asked me. "I'm alright, and you," I asked to see how she is. "Good I guess. Anyway, I was wondering if you have everything for tomorrow night?" I checked the cabinets and see all the snacks and drinks and living room for blankets and horror movies. "Yep, I think we're all set. All I need now is you," I assure her.

Jaiden laughs at my little remark. "Well, I'll be there as soon as I can finish up this video I'm working on."  I squealed a little to myself. "Awesome! I won't hold you too long so I'll text you later," I stated. "Alright bye love." "Bye." I hang up and look around my apartment and see if everything's set. So far, it was. The decorations were in place and not too distracting for tomorrow. I sat down on the couch and watched a movie marathon until I had to take a shower and went to bed.

The next day

The snacks were put up and the apartment was as clean as I can get it. I proceeded to put on some comfy clothes for the occasion. I had on some leggings and a character from my favorite (cartoon/anime) in a Halloween costume. For the finishing touch, I put my (hair/type) hair in a bun(unless you have short hair).

It was now 4:37 and I just played some games until the doorbell rings. I paused it and open the door to see Jaiden and her sleeping bag with her. She had on her Ari merch shirt, purple leggings,  white sneakers, and her brunette hair down as usual.

"Hey baby," I greeted her, signal her to come in. Jaiden comes in and looks around. "I see you got into the Halloween spirit," She noted. "Yep, I love this holiday! It's one of my favorites," I squealed. Jaiden smiles at me and goes to my room to put her bag down.

She comes back to the living room and sits down next to me on the couch. "So....What are we doing today," Jaiden asked. "Well I was we watch a scary movie," I answer. Jaiden smile but her expression tells another story. I know she isn't a big fan of horror movies, but I assure her, "Don't worry, baby. It's not that scary. We're starting with the least scary movies and move our way up." Jaiden still looks unsure but less worry. I turned the TV to our first movie of the day.

The first 2 movies weren't too bad, Jaiden sat there and watch and she putting chips and candy in her mouth unscarred. I lay my head on her lap and drank some f/d. When the credit starts rolling, I get up and get out our next movies choices, Halloween and The Exorcist.

I look at her and asked, "Which one do you prefer?" Jaiden looks st my choice and her brown eyes widen. "You mean those two?!" I nodded my head in response. "I don't Y/n. I heard stories about watching Halloween, especially Exorcist." "Please, Jaiden! These are my all time favorite horror movies and I would love to watch them with you," I begged her.

After about a minute of begging and pleading Jaiden finally gave in but insisted on watching Halloween first. I cheered and put the movie on, grabbed my popcorn and cuddle with Jaiden.

Jaiden didn't seem scared until we got to the part where Michael Myer starts to kill and chase down the girl. Jaiden jump scare I don't know how many time. I comfort the shaking Asian and told her it was just a movie as the movie was about to end.

The movie end and Jaiden calm down alittle. "Do you wanna watch Exorcist or call it a night," I asked, thinking she wanna go to bed or something. "Let watch Exorcist", Jaiden insist. This time my e/c eyes were wide open. "Umm, you sure? You seem scared watching Halloween," I stated. "Yeah, I think it's time I watch Exorcist. To see what's it's all about." I said okay and put on the movie.

Jaiden was surprisingly calm throughout the movie. Even at parts that terrified me as a kid, she was calm. Near the end of the movie, Jaiden lay her head on my shoulder and murmur, "Happy Halloween Love." I made a smile and whispers, "Happy Halloween to you too Baby." I kiss her forehead and just like that, Jaiden was fast asleep. I went to sleep shortly after. Let just say, this was a great way to end Halloween with Jaiden.
