Jaiden x Reader:Christmas Special

It was Christmas Eve and Jaiden, our daughter/son, and I was at the mall. Jaiden said she needed to pick up a package from a store and need to get it. While she was gone, (Child name) saw the mall Santa and asked, "Mommy! Mommy! Can I see Santa please???" S/he used the puppy eyes and I couldn't resist so I nodded.

We waited in line for 5 minutes until it was C/n's turn. "Hello, little girl/boy. What would you like for Christmas," Santa asked. "I want a wagon, a doctor set, a tent to play in, a bike, and...."  As C/n kept talking, I took a picture of the cute moment. "And finally a big teddy bear," C/n finally finished. Santa smile and reply, "Well I'll make sure that happens to you." They face the camera and the cameraman and I took some more pictures.

After receiving the photos, Jaiden comes back with a present. "It took you long enough," I commented. "Shut up", she laughed. C/n walked towards us, "Mommy I'm tired." Jaiden look over at C/n. "Someone ready for Santa." C/n nodded in agreement.  "Alright, let's go." We left the mall and went straight home.

It was 9:00 and everyone had their PJs on. C/n is baking cookies and Jaiden's  there to help. "Mama I know what to do. I'm a big girl/boy!" " Yeah, But you're always a baby to me." I snicker at them as I go into the kitchen to grab a drink.

"Everything's alright in here?" "Yeah, we're almost done. All we need to do is put them in the oven," Jaiden stated. C/n mixed the ingredients, Jaiden smells it and made a funny face. "Are you okay." I asked, worried for Jaiden. "Yeah, just feel nauseous from the smell." She left the kitchen and I helped C/n with the cookieszAfter mixing, I helped C/n to put the dough on the pan and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.

The cookies were finally done and C/n happily set them on the table with a glass of milk for Santa. "You did it C/n", Jaiden squeals as she picks him/her up. "I told you I was a big boy/girl," C/n stated.

"Alright now, I think it's time for bed Big boy/girl," I announced. C/n made a pouty face "But I'm not tired," C/n claim when a yawn escaped his/her lips after finishing his/her sentence. "But it's getting late. Plus, Santa won't give you a gift if you don't sleep after midnight," Jaiden explains.

The boy/girl made a scared look. "Noo, I want my tent!" "Then you have to go to sleep." "Okay, Mama." We went into C/n's bedroom and read a Christmas book to him/her. After finishing, C/n was fast asleep. Jaiden and I look at each other and smile in relief as we leave the room quietly.

We set up the presents for tomorrow under the tree and ate the cookies, with Jaiden eating the leftovers cookies. "So, since we got everything ready, wanna have a glass of wine to celebrate while watching (Favorite Christmas movie)," I asked. Jaiden hesitated from my offer, which was strange since this was our tradition since we been together.

"Um, sure. Except, I won't be having wine this year." "That's fine, whatever makes you feel comfortable." Her warm smile appears on her face and makes me wonder what did I do to deserve you. I fixed her hot chocolate and we watched the movie until it was time for bed.

"It Christmas Mama! It's Christmas! Wake Up!" I hear C/n voice and feel his/her on mine. "Someone's a little excited." "Alright, let go downstairs." We went to the living room and C/n's e/c eyes light up from seeing the presents. It didn't take him/her long to open one up.

C/n gasped, "A teddy bear! Thanks, Santa!" The little girl/boy hugged the toy. As C/n opened presents, I give Jaiden her presents. "Merry Christmas love." She opened it and her brown eyes lit up. "Awe, you brought me the necklace I wanted." She hugged, "Thank you. Oh here's yours." She gives me a box. I opened it and noticed it was a/n (item) I wanted. "I love it." I kissed her and C/n look in disgust. "Ewww." We laughed and continued to open presents.

There was one more box under the tree. To: Family💛 From Jaiden💜.C/n opened the last present and took out a picture of a pregnancy test. "What's this Mommy?" I look at the picture and noticed the test was positive. I look at Jaiden with a shocked look,  "You're pregnant?" She nodded her head "Yes, 5 weeks." I formed a smile and hugged Jaiden. "We're having another baby!" C/n looked confused.

"Mama is having a baby?" I quickly pick C/n up in joy, "Yeah and you're going to be a  big sister/brother." C/n smile and jumped in excitement, "I'm going to be a big sister/brother!! I'm going to be a big sister/brother!!!" Jaiden and I chuckle at our child's excitement.

I look over at Jaiden with a smirk, "I hope you're ready for the next 8 months of hell, cause you're gonna need it."
