I am longing for your touch
But each time I remember how being touched by you feels like,
My body aches
My body opens its mouth and screams "Do not fall again."
No one wants to know why I didnt text or call them anymore.
This body,holds the laughter and the pain in the same space and there is not a word for that.
Not a word for love once they have turned it off
So I try to fall for every stranger.
I want to scream "come back to me" but my body crawls its way up to my mouth and tries to eat me alive before saying a word.
This body,the body that let me down the most still performs better than you.
Managed to somehow get over everything.
Grow out of it.
One more thing, I want to thank you for all the nights I suffered alone,
All the days I didn't know how to end it.
It did not make me braver as one would expect
It just made me realise that my tears are valuable.
